Our family had a great two week vacation at Villa Lorane. The Villa is set in Esentepe on a quiet and tranquil development of private and rental villas. Esentepe is around 30 minutes drive from Kyrenia to to the east, so having a car is mandatory in my view. The Villa is modern, light and airy, perfect for a two week stay for four to six adults. The weather during our stay at the end of Sept was warm day and night, and not so warm as to require any air-conditioning nor need for heating in the evening. The management company were very helpful and on hand should they be needed. Overall a great villa and a wonderful area for a vacation.

The property was stunning ..beautiful pool ..marble staircase ..generous sized rooms 3 bathrooms . Great veiws from the pool . Garden balconys and bathrooms ...stewart the owner was both knowlegeable and helpful from the villa to car rental . The boat trip from the harbour is a must if you want to experience the beautiful clear ocean and swim and snorkle ..we had a fantastic week it was our first time in cyprus and we would definatly go back the north is very cheap and the people are very friendly . We spent the last day in the south which was much more expensive and touristy ..The north is definatly more to my taste ..highly recommend Blue horizon villa its one of the nicest i have stayed in and good value for money 😁

Beautiful property with amazing panoramic view of the sea and surrounding area. Light and airy throughout. However we found the entry code had been changed and we hadnt been informed. As the cleaner was about to leave when we arrived this posed no problem. Spotlessly clean and a very generous welcome hamper. I felt there could have been more outside seating, otherwise fantastic villa and hope to return.

I was really impressed overall. Good points: 1.The owners supplied a welcome pack with food/drink for our arrival which was appreciated at 3 AM. 2. Good communications from owners pre arrival. 3. Fantastic pool with sea views 4.New building with good faciltiies 5.Good location for travelling on days out Not so good 1.Several ant nests in building which was not a major problem but we couldnt leave food on worktops as they would get into it so everything had to go in the fridge. 2. Again a minor point but the wardrobe doors jammed and I had to remove one to get the doors open. I would certainly stay again.

Stunning location! The villa was in a lovely quiet and safe area, great parking, outstanding sea views and was equipped with everything I needed. Stewart the owner was attentive and resolved any issues straight away, I couldnt fault the service I received. The two double bedrooms are airy and spacious with en-suites and very clean. plenty of spare bedding, blankets and pillows too! The twin room was little tight and if you had two people staying in it it might be a challenge to get the wardrobe doors open without moving the beds a little but that also has a en-suite and lovely balcony and the rest of the villa has plenty of storage space anyhow. I would say that a car is essential when staying in Esentepe as the nearest supermarket is 8 minutes drive and in the height of summer the walk there would be a bit overwhelming. Also the restaurants are scattered along the coast to the east of Girne (Kyrenia) so to get a good variety you do need transport. I would very much recommend Sea Breeze at Kucuk Erenkoy owned by Gokhan and his wonderful family who really take care of you and absolutely made the holiday for me. (about 10 minutes drive, turn right at the bottom of Esentepe hill) Great portion sizes, fantastic food and much less expensive than some of the more touristy restaurants. Jashan Restaurant you can get indian takaways from which again, huge portions and the food is exceptional which was great to eat at the villa on those evenings that you want to relax after being out all day and use the outside dining area at the villa. I really cant fault Blue Horizon Villa but if I was to be objective I think the welcome manual could do with a little more detail. Finding out how to get hot water working etc took some working out and clearer instructions would have helped me settle in quicker. With there being so many deserted beaches and great historical sites to travel to, some less than 10 minutes away I wanted to take some food and butties with me (most of the residents do this as there may not be a restaurant or shop near them) and there was no tuppaware to put anything in...very odd and quite silly thing to grumble about but when you see how beautiful the area is traveling to and exploring these hidden gems is key to enjoying the beauty of Northern Cyprus. I fell in love with this area, the people and lanscape and I am sure that anyone who stays at this villa cannot fail to have a truely magical time in one of the most unspoiled and beautiful places in the med. Thanks Stewart and I will definately book this villa again!! Regards Rachel

Great property and a VERY helpful on-site estates manager Ilyas. Sheets were changed on request. Pool was serviced twice a week. Good "welcome pack" left in fridge on arrival. The villa was clean on arrival. Air conditioning in the living room and all three bedrooms was very efficient. The only minor negative points were 1. Slow wi-fi at about 500kb/s, 2. no light shades throughout and 3. there were daily power cuts (obviously affecting all properties in the area, but they only lasted about an hour). But theses negatives were far outweighed by the positives and all six of us had a superb 10 day stay. Many thanks and I will recommend to friends.

Thank you, Your Sunny villa at Seacliff was the perfect location, it was great being close to both the village and sea. We had a great time exploring the beaches, mountains and castles, but, it was always great to get back "home" to relax in the pool and around the villa. Your team was always available if we wanted them, thank Ilyas for us please. We hope to book again next year. regards Hooper family
