This luxury modern villa is built on the hillside overlooking Kalkan in the area known as Kiziltas. It has fabulous uninterrupted views out to open sea, but is just 1.9 kilometres away from Kalkan. There is a small local market 350 m away. The views are spectacular from here taking in the panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.

This is a four bed roomed villa that sleeps up to eight, it is air conditioned and fully furnished throughout. There are two en suite master bedrooms (one of the master bedrooms with jacuzzi) and two bedrooms with shared bathroom. There is a large living area with Satellite LCD TV and  open plan kitchen with perfect view and easy access to pool area. It has closed garage and infinity swimming pool. The views are spectacular from every level of this villa. There is Wi-Fi internet access at the villa.

There are 4 state of the art modern en-suite bathrooms attached to all the bedrooms and a further guest WC on the ground floor.

Kitchen:
The german Vitra kitchen is designed to blend in with the modern decoration of the villa and is fitted with all modern conveniences Fridge , freezer, electric hob, oven , microwave , coffee machine , toaster etc.
The kitchen gives onto a shaded pergola area with sea views.

Living Area – Ground Floor:
The main living area is split into 3 areas  the kitchen area, a lounge area and an audio visual area with a large flat screen satellite TV. All areas have panoramic sea views an lead onto the patio pool area.

Utility Rooms:
Games room : on the lower ground floor the villa has a spacious games room with LCD TV , games console (Wii) and some gym equipment. There is also a small supplementary kitchen for the private use of those staying in the lower ground floor apartment.
Laundry room: There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Garage: There is a securitized enclosed garage.

Outdoor Area
The outdoor area has large marble decked patio with an infinity pool and Jacuzzi overlooking the sea. There is also a shaded pergola area and barbecue area and sun loungers and parasols. There are some landscaped garden areas with their original olive trees.
