Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007.
As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for.
Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of, if not, the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis.
Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons for our company's success.
35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right.
No company however can be perfect, so we are always striving to make things better for our property owners and our clients so any feedback or ideas from you is always welcome and taken very seriously.

Let me start with the negatives!
We had issues on arrival with the wrong address on the paperwork. The taxi therefore left us at a hotel and we had to walk late at night with luggage to try and find the property. When we finally found the property, the keycode was wrong. We tried to call the emergency number but there was a digit missing and it took a local family to assist us (this took 2.5hrs - midnight!). The engineer that arrived, said the key code was different but we managed to get in.
Positives - the villa was great. We had someone come to check in with us which was great. We told them of our issues the night before but their office could not understand why. Clearly we were sent a different address to the one on the front door which was totally different. This would of avoided the issues we had so I would urge them to be more clear. Saying that, the villa was very clean and had everything we needed. We could have done with more parasols by the pool as one was not enough and therefore we could not sit at the outside table until night time because it was too hot. The pool timer went wrong a couple of days before we left but we had a quick response with an engineer turning up and ensuring the pool was clean and safe again.
The above sounds like a moan but we had a great time and would book this villa again.

Stunning Villa with a Perfect Pool.
We just had the most incredible stay at Olivine Pearl. This villa was even more beautiful than the pictures online. The space was perfect for our family holiday, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to spread out, and a spacious living area that was ideal for relaxing.
But the true star of the show was the pool! It was sparkling clean and the perfect size for splashing around, playing, or just floating and soaking up the sun. The surrounding patio area was fantastic, with plenty of comfortable loungers and shaded areas for relaxing. We spent countless hours poolside.
The location of the villa was also ideal. It was quiet and secluded, offering a true escape from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to nearby restaurants, shops, and beaches for day trips. The property manager was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had.
Overall, our stay at Olivine Pearl was pure lovely. We've already recommend it to our friends and family, and we hope to return ourselves someday soon!

The Villa was amazing, very clean, spacious and in a great location. We had a large family group of 10 stay here, the bedrooms were all clean and well maintained, the layout of the Villa worked very well, the pool is a good size and the heater kept the pool warm. I would stay here again, but check if the resturants and main strip are open so we could do more, but apart from that its is a highly recommended Villa worth the stay.

Communication was excellent.
Villa perfect for our party of 6 adults & 2 children. Very modern and clean.
Had everything we needed.
Good location not far from beaches and main strip.
Our only problem was there is nowhere to leave luggage after checkout as our flight was 22.00, but communication with imagine rental staff was good and they gave us some options and we managed to negotiate to leave luggage at villa past our checkout time of 11am which was very helpful, especially as we had 2 buggies with us.
Highly recommend.

We loved our 2 week stay. 10 of us stayed (2 families). The villa was everything we needed for our stay. Spacious inside, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, and good size pool.
A few points to consider:
The first important one was how slippery it becomes round the pool - this was constant with kids getting in and out and was very dangerous!
The mattresses were very uncomfortable.
There was a few pieces of cutlery that could do with being replaced as the sharp knives were broken.
The light outside was very minimal on the roads which made walking at night a bit dangerous - especially as you walk on the main road from the restaurants there is a section on the bend where there is no light at all.
The villa and surrounding area was perfect, you are a 10minute walk from the beach and from the main road for restaurants and bars it was perfect for us.
We hired a car which was ideal for going to shops and getting all we needed but it’s easy enough to get a cab if you need too.
The agent was brilliant, before our arrival and even when we were there. When a fuse went they were able to talk us through and come round immediately- I couldn’t fault them at all.
We will be coming back, and look forward to our next visit.

Excellent experience from start to finish. We had 1 minor problem which required a maintenance guy who was with us within 15 minutes of reporting it to Zoe. Welcome pack of Bread, water, milk Juice and Butter was there on arrival.

The outside area and pool were fantastic, the villa was very nice and perfectly situated. Air con in 3rd bedroom needs looking at, mattresses need replacing as they were very uncomfortable, there was also no maid service or clean sheets available, we had to wash them ourselves. There was no mirror in second double bedroom, had to share the standing mirror between rooms when getting ready to go out.

This Villa was everything that we could have asked for. Great layout inside and out. Plenty of space for all of the family. Kitchen facilities were fantastic, didn’t ask for anything. Air conditioning throughout was so good and much needed! Beds comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space. Bedrooms are all of an great size. Very clean throughout. Excellent bathroom facilities and even a toilet on ground floor. Pool area was great. Pool was a great size and depth, with plenty of sun beds.lovely fruit trees in garden. Fake grass was excellent as didn’t then have bugs. Outside shower and bbq, all excellent. Patio area had blinds which we rolled up but can imagine would be great when slightly cooler. Even a patio heater not that we needed it. One of the blinds we couldn’t roll up as it if a doves nest on it. We took great joy watching chicks hatch over our time here. Very clean outside and had a table to sit at along with comfy chairs to relax in. Even an outside tv. Location was great for local area, only a short walk to 2 supermarkets and to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back again.

We stayed at No 5 Villa. The facilities were excellent both indoors and out. There were 6 adults and a toddler, our requests for a cot and high chair were met. It was very hot weather and we were thankful the air conditioning worked well. The property had plenty of bathroom and shower facilities. The bbq and outside sink were very useful.
There were plenty of dining areas indoors and out. The area the villas are situated is convenient for the beach and a stroll in to town. The surrounding area is not pretty and needs some love, there are no pavements and you do have to walk in the road. During our stay two other villas were rented to young noisy groups who wanted a different type of holiday. We wished they had been occupied by families too. Overall, we loved our villa and would recommend .
