Owner took time to rectify problems with management duties that were not completed. Owner was very helpful. The services, food, etc. where resort pool was and other activities were overpriced. Five dollars to rent a towel?

Overall great villa and would return again. The location is brilliant for Disney. Pool could have a even a bit bigger as its a villa for 8 but it was adequate. Games room was very good too. Thanks for a great stay.

The villa was in excellant condition and could not fault the location ( 10 mins to disney gates) The accomodation is all on one floor which was really good for our young family. The pool was of a good size and was nice and clean. We did contact the management company to check on the pool heating because it was colder than expected, they dealt with the request very quickely and an engineer came out which remedied the problem. All in all a very good property, and would recommend.

This was the second time we had stayed on Emerald Island and the villa and location didnt let us down. The villa was clean and tidy with all mod cons and a fabulous games room (pool table especially) and sunshine all day long by the pool. It was fantastic lazing in the jacuzzi in the evening while the children were in bed. Thank you Patrick and Jane, we hope to come again soon.

The Villa was perfect for a family or a group of upto 8 people & the location was excellent for the Disney parks. The only thing I would say is it could be a little far from the nearest Supermarket & Restaurants if nobody drives in your group ( 45-50mins walk ). Would definitely recommend to friends & family & will hopefully be back over there at some point in the future.
