ARRIVED OK RANG THE CLEANING LADY WHO ARRIVED TO SHOW US AROUND POINTED OUT THE DIRTY POOL STAYED FOR 5 DAYS AND NOBODY CAME TO CLEAN IT INSIDE VILLA OK BUT DUE TO ITS LOCATION A CAR OR MOTORBIKE IS REQUIRED ACCESS TO JONTIEN BEACH NOT FAR BUT BIG DRAINAGE WORKS GOING ON AT PRESENT SHOULD BE BACK TO NORMAL SOON NOT VERY SECLUDED FROM THE ROAD A LONG WALK BACK TO MAIN ROAD FOR THE 10 BAHT BUS PITY ABOUT THE POOL AS WE WAS NOT ABLE TO USE IT THE ONLY REASON WOULD NOT RETURN LOTS OF VILLAS AVAILABEL AT GOOD PRICES IF YOU SEARCH

This was a great vacation, everything at this property was just perfect. Special thanks to Maya - house maid, she made our stay unforgettable. The only problem was a poor communication from the advert owner (who is a simply a real estate agent).

Negatives: Misleading description of distance from beach - significantly farther than 2km - it took us 40 minutes of brisk walking - we only did it once. It is true that it is only 5 minutes by tuk tuk. Good restaurants and bars are significantly farther than the information suggests - but they are easily accessible by tuk tuk Kitchen and bathrooms are very dated and in need of refurbishment Kitchen not well equipped. We did not eat in so this was not a problem Information does not indicate that electricity and water are charged separately. This was not excessively expensive but it should have been clear. Wifi stopped working on second day and was not accessible thereafter even though we were told it had been repaired. Positives: Private pool well screened and well maintained - the best feature of the accommodation Well designed accommodation, if a bit dated. Although a tuk tuk ride away from the beach and amenities there was a very efficient tuk tuk service which arrived within 10-15 minutes of being called and made access to beach and restaurants very easy. Ao Nang rather busy and touristy but a very good centre from which to access spectacular beaches and islands Overall we were positive about the accommodation but dont expect luxury and do expect lots of tuk tuk rides (this was not a problem).

I booked this villa for the first half of my honeymoon. We were greeted at the airport by the villa owner, Saharut, who is one of the friendliest people I have met. He went out his way throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed the stay. The villa is very very beautiful. The pictures do not do justice to the seclusion you get and you can totally relax without a care in the world! Would love to visit again in the future!

Did exactley what it said on the tin. Location was perfect. Pool was great. Manageress was very helpfull and made us feel at home for our three week stay. Supermarket selling Western food just over the road (fresh bread,milk,beer,etc). We had a really good holiday and would recommend the villa. Definatley worth the money and we hope to return soon.

When I booked my vacation I only had two days to spare. The owner was very helpful with my late requirements. Check in went swiftly and the villa loaction had its own private entrance on to Dongtang beach Jomtien. Just outside the village were many restuarants also with a baht bus route to take me into the main shopping areas. All in all very pleased and hope to return later this year for a few more days. 2 Weeks in Paradise. Upon reaching this villa I was amazed by the friendliness of everyone. All the staff here made sure my son and I were happy 100 percent of our stay. The gardens were immaculate, the swimming pool was cleaned every three days and maids worked so hard I thought they would wear the floor tiles out! Everything was catered for and spotlessly clean. The front room features a large flat screen tv with cable channels and wireless internet throughout. Kitchen was again spotless. The dining area is also very spacious and can accommodate six people for a thai feast with ease. The swimming pool was lovely and my son made very good use of it. The villa is about five minutes moped ride from the main attractions in Pattaya, but is also quiet so you are guaranteed a peaceful nights sleep. There are two supermarkets in walking distance and numerous restaurants in very close proximity. The holiday village also has there own gated security, present 24 hours a day. Even though they were not needed it was added peace of mind, which is nice when traveling with children. Jomtien beach was five minutes walk away which was accessed through a gate with a keycard. This beach was again very relaxing and a haven of tranquility surrounded by coconut trees and local thais eager to help but never pushy. Pattaya Water Park and tower is also about ten minutes walk away. I would defiantly book this villa again and the only bad thing was going home. Thank you again for such an amazing holiday, cant wait to return.

Situated in a peaceful location, the villa has all the comforts of home. Coupled with great interaction with the owner, who arranged airport transfer and supplied the answers to all the questions I had, local transport, eating establishments etc.. Basically, she went out of her way to ensure that I had a totally relaxed, enjoyable holiday experience.

The Orchard Palm Villa, Ao Nang, Krabi is magically beautiful and meets all requirements for comfortable accommodation in a beautiful surroundings. There is nothing more you could wish. In addition, very close to both a stunning beach and the city center. It is very convenient to stay so close to everything, to spontaneously be able to go a few meter to meet a huge variety of restaurants, cafes, shops, beauty salons and especially the Thai life without being constantly dependent on the rental car or taxi. Still, the villa is located in a very peaceful and quiet area. The breakfast is something that surprised us in a very positive way because it’s not usual when you rent a Villa. It was very good with a great selec tion. I want to say thank you so much Tom, you really care and a big thank you to all the wonderful staff! I can’t wait to be back in April next year.

Villa location was good but obviously some kind of transport is needed to get into town. We hired scooters with the assistance of the villa staff, so no problem for us ( even with the rain!! ) Villa cleanliness also couldn’t be faulted. The staff were excellent. Again couldn’t be faulted. They help us find the villa in the first instance, arranged scooters, clean the villa, arranged tour, sorted laundry, and even managed to get us back into the bathroom after I managed to lock the door from the outside!!! We all had a great time
