Beautiful, homely villa, very clean and well maintained. Made our break away even more perfect. The additional late check out made our trip home so much more manageable. Communication with the hosts was spot on and can't thank them enough. Will definitely book again and recommend to others. Thanks again.

We stayed for 27 nights and the villa was great! The owners are fantastic. Our flight was cancelled the day before our arrival and we were able to change our dates last minute to move our holiday back a day. They very kindly did not charge us to make this change. Our return flight was then cancelled the day prior to departure and we needed to extend our holiday by another day. Fortunately the villa was available and we were very kindly allowed to stay for no extra charge. Lesley was very quick to respond and very helpful. We had one minor issue with the washing machine and Lesley replied immediately and help was sent that same day. Elliott, our contact whilst out there, was very helpful and sorted it quickly. We have stayed in Florida villas on eight other occasions and this is one of the best. It was spotlessly clean and had a lovely homely feel. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great. The kitchen was well equipped and well maintained. The pool was a good size for a family if 6, and it was very useful having the outdoor seating area. The sun loungers were high quality, and there was plenty of space around the perimeter of the pool. The WiFi quality was good. The villa is in a quiet residential area within easy access of all major attractions. Disneyworld was between 15-25 minutes away by car, depending upon traffic. There is an Aldi, Publix and Walmart all within about 5 minutes drive. There are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity also. The alarms on the doors to the pool were a good addition considering we have a young family. We really had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this villa.

We stayed here in July, it was our second stay here and it was great. We enjoy this location as it is actually very quiet after busy days. Lesley is very helpful and we will definitely be back.

Second time staying at this home. Very clean location was good for us shopping near by. We weren't there to do the parks but it's location is good for those. Communication between the owner and ourselves was good. We will look to book again for our next visit our

Really loved the villa it was clean it was very well equipped even had an air fryer I personally loved the location just at the end of the 192 which can take you to all the attractions. It was also convenient for your grocery shopping Aldi /Publix wallmart and even to to british themed bars that stocked english produce like bread bacon etc. contacting the owner Lesley was brilliant she replied within minutes to any enquiries I had.Had the pool heated and it was lovely and warm i would certainly recommend this villa to stay at

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was as described & was well looked after. The facilities were great & it had everything we needed. Although we didn’t spend much time in the home, it was perfect to come back to after long days at the parks & relax. The location was great & the owners were very responsive to any questions we asked, such as restaurant recommendations.

We had a lovely time staying at this villa. It was well laid out and had everything we needed. The owners were always quick to reply to messages regarding our stay. Would highly recommend this property to others. The location of the property was ideal for getting to local amenities and theme parks.

We had a great stay here from the very start Lesley was very friendly offering us late check out as she knew our flight was likely to be later. The villa it's self was easy to find. we have stayed in this area before so we knew it was near a Walmart and had several restaurants in the area. The villa it's self was very clean, I like to walk around in socks and usually in villa's they get very grubby but this was not the case. This villa had a very homely feel to it, you just know this is someones holiday home with the family photos and the small touches such as a laundry basket! villa's never have laundry baskets. There was tea and coffee and a very well stocked kitchen, we just choose not to use it this time. The pool was lovely and warm as it gets the sun for a good portion of the day and again the pool area was very clean. We only used one bedroom on this trip but found the bed very comfortable. We were traveling home just as hurricane Helena was due to hit and Lesley reached out to use to let us know the villa was available if we needed it which gave us a nice peace of mind. We really loved it here and are hoping to book again for a future family trip.
