The villa is basically as described in the advert. It is situated in the Cala Egos area and the marina is an easy 10 minute stroll. Cala D'or centre is on the other side of the marina and takes approx 25 minutes to reach but the taxi is only €5. There are numerous bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk incluing ageupermrket. I would strongly recommend Tony's Bar for food. The villa itself was clean and adequately stocked with most of the usual facilities. Anybody wanting hi speed wi-fi however will be extremely disappointed at the 1mbps speed offered by the router. The biggest gripe I have, and the one thing that would stop me from using this villa again, is the lack of air conditioning. With temperatures in excess of 30 degrees the heat at night was oppresive and the table top fans offered did absolutely nothing to help. Aircon is something the owner should be fitting as a matter of urgency. The outdoor area was excellent with a barbeque area and a large terrace. Another word of warning, the pool is deep and any children would need constant supervision.

We stayed here as a family of 6 adults and 2 babies, the villa exceeded our expectations. The villa had everything we needed and was really clean and well maintained. The outside space and pool is perfect for a family with the secure garden. The location of the villa is ideal for the many restaurants and shops within a 2 minute walk. We can't wait to visit again soon.

Enjoyed our stay but I would have to describe this property as getting old and tired. It is lacking in some of the amenities we have come to expect (no dishwasher, contrary to what is said in the property description, poor outside furnishings and no umbrellas and the wi-fi is rubbish). That said it was spotlessly clean, reasonably well equipped and the owner was responsive to any problems. Being given the wrong code to get into the place on arrival hardly got us off to a good start but the sun shone and the bottle of wine on the table when we did get access was most welcome. Lovely location, good experience with Clickstay, but we have experienced better for the price on this beautiful island.

Beautiful villa & location Approx 5 minutes to the main shops & restaurants, but still quite peaceful. The entrance to the beach is directly opposite the villa, you do have to go down a slope but there are steps. The pool at the villa is excellent, with an enclosed shallow end for children, also plenty of sun loungers & a grassed area with shade. Cala Dor was a lovely friendly resort, with a great selection of restaurants etc. Overall i would highly recommend this villa.

Good location and pleasant area. The fact that the accommodation was on the first floor was a disadvantage and our stay would have been more enjoyable if the available facilities in the kitchen were more comprehensive. Enjoyed our holiday.

I've just returned from two weeks with my family - 10 people all in all. The villas is large, enough room for us all and the annex was perfect for us grannies to get away for some piece and quiet. The area itself has two great beaches, and the town if fully geared up for a family holiday. I would recommend it but there are things that any potential bookers should be aware of. The property is not cheap and the level of service was pretty poor for the money. I would expect a call from the the managing agent after 24 hours to check that all was in order, and if there was anything needed. I had to contact them three times. I'm not sure (in fact I know) that the property isn't checked by them after each stay. If they did they would know that the TV wasn't working, the internet wouldn't work, the air con drips, the burglar alarm was hanging off the wall. The curtains in the big bedroom in the annex are ripped, a light bulb in the bathroom needs replacing and the toilet seat should be fixed. The kettle in the kitchen is has a UK plug and a converter plug isn't provided. The kitchen is way too small for the amount of people and the equipment needs throwing out and replacing. The pool needs some maintenance as there are some sharp bit on the steps. There should be two cleans per week, we only had one in the last week and the linen wasn't changed. You have to buy your own toilet rolls, bin bags and dishwasher stuff..this is completely wrong for the price of the villa. The cleaner (when she decides to turn up) should replenish those stocks. Also be aware that you can't drink the water from the taps, so the daily water run was essential. I do think that there should be a COMPLIMENTARY pack of the essential including enough water for 12 people on arrival. I don't know how much the managing agent charges but it reflects badly on the owner. Oh and when I phoned the agent to ask them to turn off the alarm because it had been triggered they told me they would do what the could but it was lunch time!! The garden itself is very well maintained and the pool man attends every day - much more than the cleaner. If you do go ahead with the renting and the issues aren't fixed then they are not providing of good service. I don't know how much they charge to manage but it reflects badly on the owner. Oh and the little restaurant up the road To Do is very good value for money - and great food.

We have just returned from a lovely family holiday in Cala Dor as a family of 12 it wasnt easy to find a villa to accommodate us all . Villa Pineda is situated in a lovely position close to beaches shops and restaurants ideal for us all. The villa,s gardens and pool area are lovely, pool cleaned twice and cleaning service was vey good. However we were disappointed with the interior of the villa. The photos on the advert were in no way a true reflection . Sadly it was tired and needs updating. It didnt spoil our holiday but it was a shame we had been led to believe through the advert we were going to a much more up to date property

Modern, well equipped villa. Small, but adequate pool area with a lovely large terrace for alfresco dinning and BBQ. The location is ideal for walking to Cala Ferrara, Cala Ddor centre and marina for local restaurants. There is also a large supermarket within a minutes walking distance.

We enjoyed our week at this villa. In a nice area (although there is some noise from the local hotel at night), with lots to do closeby. Would recommend, and would go again.

We had a fantastic week, the villa is lovely and well equipped, but the best thing is the view. You would never tire of it. Cas Concos is a pretty town, with a couple of bars and restaurants, but its not far to the next town or the beach if you fancy a change of scene. The owner was lovely and came and cleaned the pool, very friendly. Would recommend this villa highly.
