We, a group of 4 friends, had a very pleasant stay at the villa. The house was perfectly equipped with everything one would need during holidays. The host, Elias, is very friendly, responded quickly and was always helpful. The jacuzzi was our highlight of the villa - just a perfect spot to end a beach day. Very much recommended!

We booked this villa to accommodate 8 people aged 14 to 50 as we were attending a wedding at the nearby Holiday Village complex. The villa was exceptional. It was spacious, clean, well maintained and had every mod con we needed. The owner was attentive and extremely helpful. The grounds were nicely kept and we took advantage of the communal BBQ area on more than one occasion. The pool was large and very well maintained. It was a 15 to 20 minute stroll into town, but there were a couple of bars and basic shops nearby. Everyone in our party voted to return. A perfect holiday stay, thank you 😀

This house is lovely. Great location and very spacious and the pool is great too! We had a lovely time in Kolimbia and would definitely come back again. Thank you Elias

We had a really enjoyable two week holiday, two adults, two children (5 and 7 years). Kolymbia was a good location choice for us, quiet but well located for other places in Rhodes via our hire car. We’d particularly recommend Nassau beach at the other end of Kolymbia beach. The pros: The accommodation is spacious, the air con worked well in each room, the pool was great and you really are just a short walk to the beach. The view from the accommodation of the mountains is lovely and it’s also a great walk up to the monastery. Above all else Elias (the owner) was very easy to contact and very helpful – for example, our son had a filling drop out during the holiday (typical!) and Elias sorted us out with the details of a great dentist. The cons: Check in was haphazard – we had booked Petaloudes House but were in fact put in to the house next door (Thari) without being told in advance. Thari is further away from the pool and the view to the pool is obscured, so IF we’d wanted to watch the kids from the house this would have been a problem. We were also relying on the DVD player for the children during that midday hot spell, sadly Thari didn’t have one and while I managed to borrow one from Petoloudes next door, it broke half way through the holiday. The accommodation as a whole is starting to look a bit tired, the shower leaked (Elias had this repaired while we were there) and we also had a minor but running battle with ants downstairs. Overall though, these things weren't big issues and we’d happily recommend the accommodation.

On the whole my family of seven had a very enjoyable stay here but I would not recommend it for the following reasons. The directions to the villa complex were fine however identifying which villa was ours was impossible. We were told the name but after looking at each individual villa we found none with that name on it. Luckily as we were looking at the last villa the groundsmen came up and told us which one was ours. There were quite a few disappointments. We asked for a villa to sleep 7. We were told the place we were assigned slept up 8. I wrongly assumed this meant there was a sofa bed in the living room as there were only 3 rooms. When we arrived this was not the case and had to remove sofa cushions off the sofa and sleep my 16 yr old niece in our bedroom as the downstairs AC wasn't working. It took a good 5 days for a mattress to be brought (which was thin and less comfortable than the sofa cushions) and the downstairs AC wasn't fixed for another 2 days. We were told a welcome gift would be provided, it wasn't. A hair dryer was on the list of the things in the villa. There wasn't one, seems a bit petty to mention it but my mother left hers at home thinking that there would be one there. While we were out one day the kitchen flooded, not the owners fault, these things happen, but because of the flood we found out there was exposed live wiring under the sofa that blew the fuses to whole villa. Not safe! However, in each case of these incidents the owner replied to our emails and dealt with the issues reasonably promptly. On a positive note the pool is a good size and Kolympia is near to some decent beaches.

Lovely property, excellent location and the pool was amazing for our 3 small children as it was shallow for a large part. The only recommendation I can make is that a guard rail be added to the top bunk in the children's bedroom as it did not have one and so was unsafe for young kids to sleep in the top bunk.

Merci Elias pour votre accueil chaleureux. Tsampika house est une maison très agréable à vivre et idéalement située. Nous y séjournerons à nouveau avec grand plaisir. Très bonne continuation à vous. Cordialement.

We stayed 2 weeks in June 2013 at this lovely property with 2 small children and we all enjoyed it a lot. It was spacious enough for the 4 of us, good airconditioners, lovely style of the house. The cleaner was there once, to change the bedlinen and towels and she was very nice and lovely, like the owner Elias himself. We found the location of the property superb, but we drove everywhere with a car, which is a must to hire there.

Me my daughter and my parents stayed at the house for 2 weeks in July. We had a wonderful time. the house was very nice and clean The location was perfect. It is only one min walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful with small white stones and sand. We walked up the mountain to Tsampika monastery, it had many stairs to get there but the view was amazing. The swimming pool has a shallow part for kids. we loved the weather although it was very warm in July. The house had air condition so we didnt mind. We would definitely come back again. Ps. Elias and Carolien the owners of the house was very helpfully, they met us at the house and helped us with a car.
