My wife and I stayed a week in mid-April in this lovely property We got a little lucky with the weather, but the property was perfect for us A quiet area, a short walking distance from the beach (as in, close enough to have a swim in the sea and then walk back to the villa to dry off) The villa is spotless, modern, and well maintained Cooker has both gas and electric rings, for whichever you're most familiar with ... but who needs a cooker when the restaurants/cafés serve such delicious food and have such friendly staff Calis itself is about a half hour walk (possibly 40 mins to the centre) but I understand the taxi in is the equivalent of just a few pounds if you're not up to the walk Fethiye is a little further ... we drove, but there is a water taxi you can catch We are football fans, and there's a great bar in Calis (Sundown) that will find any game for you on the screen ... But also, if you are visiting during the season, go take in a game at Fethiyespor's home ground for a 200 lira ... A fun way to spend the afternoon All in all ... A lovely holiday full of friendly local people, and in a lovely villa that is in a great location

We had the best time…. The property was perfect, home from home!! The outside area is huge and the swimming pool was just perfect and a great size. We didn’t walk into chalis as it’s quite a distance but the taxis rank is only a couple minutes down the road and only 105 tl to Chalis. You have a small shop opposite and a larger one only a few minutes more further down the road. Everything is easily accessible. Communication with Suzie the owner was spot on and a pleasure to deal with. All we can say is that we had a wonderful time and we’re booking for next year…. I think that speaks volumes!!!! 3rd visit to Villa Calis and it gets better each time. Owners and Estate agent are fantastic to deal with! The villa is spotless, pool wonderful and the area is perfect. The best thing about Villa Calis is, it's perfect for couples or families and caters for everyone's needs. Thanks to Suzi and family for making our holiday so special. See you all next year! Another great stay

Stayed from 25th September until October 9th. It was a wonderful property for the whole family. Four adults and three children. The next door neighbours were really nice and very helpful for first time guests. The area was perfect for us, just a stones throw from Cali's beach and a five minute cab ride from Fethiye. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners whilst there, who were as lovely in person as they were during our pre-arrival correspondence. The area itself is beautiful with the beach just a two minute walk down the road, there are a couple of shops within walking distance and three restaurants really close by too. We are already looking to book for next year (Covid-19 permitting) but just for the wife and I as we think this will be an ideal holiday for just the two of us. Thanks so much to Suzi and family for providing us with the perfect holiday.

What a lovely villa!! Well worth the money. Plenty of room, very clean and plenty of room. The pool was fantastic - great way of cooling off in the Turkish heat. Enjoyed our stay in Koca Calis. Found a good restuarant by the beach - Mekhan - waiters very friendly and helpful. The food excellent. This was our first time in Turkey and didnt know what to expect but we found the area lovely - especially enjoyed going on the water taxi from Calis Bay to Fethiye and the Turkish people are very friendly. My partner and I rented Villa Calis for one week at the beginning of May 2012. The Villa was delightful. Very well furnished, stocked, clean and well maintained. Having a private garden and pool was our priority and we found the local British and Turkish neighbours very friendly. The villa is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach although we preferred to walk into the main area of Calis where there is a wide range of shops and restaurants on the sea front. The weather in May is glorious, 27 to 30 degrees every day, not too sticky for the brits! The restaurant food was very good and great value. There is a nearby supermarket in the village of Ciflik where you can get anything you need including British brands, they even delivered us and the shopping back to the villa. Hi Suzie Just a little note to say a big thank you, our stay in your villa has been fantastic, we have had great fun in the pool, beach. Boat trip on Erman boat was wonderful a great day well worth the money. Great resturants in calis. Zenaibs crepes were wonderful kids lovely them. she is a lovely lady. The villa had everything we needed for a perfect week in the sun. The pool was a good size and very well kept along with the gardens. The villa was clean, spacious and the air conditioning in every room was very welcome, particularly at night. It is situated in a lovely area, just a short walk from the beach with very friendly local shops on hand for essentials and a taxi service and busses running right outside. We all had a really enjoyable week, just booked a couple of excursions (12 islands boat trip and Saklikent/Tloas which were good value, excellent days out and picked up / dro pped off right to the villa. We visited Fethiye and Hisonaru which offered a great value and choice of places to eat in the evenings. The sunsets were amazing! All in all a lovely holiday and villa, We wouldnt hesitate to book again in the future or recommend to others.Many thanks Suzie Christine Chard, August 2011
