Excellent communication and booking process. Apartment as advertised. Only issue was the limited supply of toilet rolls, no napkins, kitchen rolls or washing powder. Had to purchase all of the above. Think this should be provided given the cost. Had some issues with ants but powder is provided and resolved. Overall would recommend.

the property is huge and at the top of a steep slope. The drive from Malaga airport is fine, however, the last 45mins are up very winding roads but just require care when driving. Check in was easy and communication with owners was fast and efficient. There are 2 local restaurants located at the bottom of the hill and we enjoyed them both, shops can be found in nearby Comares and a car is essential, the external area of the villa is huge and a sun trap. Only 2 issues, the barbecue was in a poor state of repair and should have been repaired before our visit, the kitchen sink is in a poor state due probably to misuse by previous tenants, if these issues had not been found I would have scored 5 star

Directions to villa from airport was spot on until the very end because you can’t see the sign mentioned in the directions leading to the villa from the road you are driving on. Once we arrived we were pleased with the cleanliness of the villa. It had everything needed to make the stay enjoyable. 2 restaurants within walking distance was brilliant! The caretaker was very friendly and showed us round the villa which was helpful. We have booked to come again in November to make use of the heated swimming pool.

A pleasure to stay at this upmarket penthouse. It's difficult to imagine finding a better hoilday home with all the facilities , peacefulness and amazing views to bring enjoyment to one and all. Easy access to all the major towns and beaches. I don't doubt that a return to this gem of a property will be accomplished soon. Highly recommended. Colin

We had a lovely stay in the apartment! The views from the balcony were fabulous and the breeze was most welcome as it was very hot whilst we were there. We did use the jacuzzi everyday which was great to relax in. The sun was on the balcony all day until 7pm and when it did disappear you could use the balcony off of the kitchen for the late evening rays. The apartment itself was nice and spacious, beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything that was needed for a good self catering holiday. The parking was easy to locate and a great bonus to have with the apartment. We would definitely stay here again

I can't find enough words to express the impressions of our family's stay at Villa La Noria. In short: we all were happy. The villa has everything you need, right down to a sharpener for kitchen knives. When it turned out that the dishwasher wasn't working, the next morning they delivered a new one straight from the store. However, it turned out that it was enough to fix a small defect in our machine, and a new one was not needed. But the efficiency, the speed of response to our message! - is beyond praise. It is nice that before arriving we received not only a description of the route, but also detailed information about the nearest shops, restaurants, etc. One remark: it is a great inconvenience that the entrance doors to the two upper apartments do not have external door handles, the door can only be opened from the outside with a key. We kept all the keys in the lower living room, but every time walking up the stairs to get the key in the heat is uncomfortable for a person almost 80 years old. For what reason is this done? It is unclear. But the place is magical. Beautiful views, a rich garden with a variety of fruit trees. It's a pity that by the time of our stay all the fruits were either not ripe or dried out. Would I recommend this property? Unfortunately its not a yes or no answer. The advertisement showed lovely views of the sea...... A new hotel is being built directly where the picture with the tree is, so no sea views any more where my wife and I like to chill out and watch the sea in the evenings. ( NEW UPDATED PHOTOS REQUIRED PLEASE!!!!!!) When we arrrived at the apartment the caretaker was not in attendance, which was stated in the correspondance that he would be to help, and it took an agonising 30 minutes to get in touch with someone who could help. Once in the apartment everything was ok. No english speaking TV Channels if you wanted to watch the tv however the weather was lovely so we didnt need to watch the tv. The air con, kitchen and bathroom were fine. Nearness to the sea front good. The welcome pack with washing etc was good. As you can see quite a few little niggles that would make me say unfortunately we wont be returning.

Had a fantastic stay here April 23.The apartment has every thing you need with a central location. The sun terrace with jacuzzi and Bbq is an amazing addition. My wife and I loved this holiday and hope to be back again soon. Many thanks

An autumn break, just what was needed. The property was relatively easy to find, we were met by a caretaker who provided us with keys and a walk through of the facilities. Secure underground parking. A rather cold shared pool so we made good use of the jacuzzi on the balcony of the apartment with an amazing view over the hill and ocean. The area has lots of places of interest as well as lots of different choices of beaches and beach side restaurants to choose from. We would highly recommend this apartment.
