We had a wonderful time at this villa, there was 4 of us and the villa was spacious, clean and very well facilitated. The view over the lakes was fab, lots of wildlife including alligators, turtles and various birds. It was well situated to get out to places and in a lovely area of neighbours. We were extremely pleased with our stay and would recommend a stay highly.

The villa was nicely presented and clean when we arrived. The pool was lovely and enjoyed to the maxi. We saw alligators and other wildlife in the lake each day. We had a great stay - thank you!

Our initial thought was great villa, however we would not return. Spa not working, would have been nice to use but not a big deal as we used the pool until the last full day when it turned like pea soup and that was after the pool guy had been so not sure how safe it was. Over the course of our stay we had roaches in the kitchen, cutting board still had dried food on, did not use dishwasher as filthy but we did use it last day in hope the cleaner would finally clean it and bed linen in master suite had dried blood spots on so not very welcoming for us at all. The welcome pack is out of date with very limited instructions especially when it comes to the key code for the garage/games room which is located on the inside ! Hence my husband got locked in and we assumed it was the same as front door but this especially should be stated in the welcome pack especially with children !! Been staying in villas since the late 90’s and this is the only one with no landline. Not good in an emergency if you don’t have a phone/ cell on you. This review is our opinion based on our experience.

This property is a great choice for the usual Orlando vacation, especially if you like to retire to peace and tranquillity after a busy day at the theme parks! Alternatively, it is absolutely ideal for lazy Florida days by the pool. We found the villa to be reasonably competitive in pricing, especially for August and were very happy with the standard of facilities provided. We have rented numerous villas over the years and the facilities here are probably "above average". Whilst it contains all of the usual elements, there are a few nice touches that stand out. The pool is southerly facing and really benefits from the sunshine from about 10am until it dips below the trees behind the property near sunset. The view across the lake is fantastic, with an array of Florida wildlife coming and going all day. The Lanai area is well equipped with an excellent dining area and the addition of Bluetooth Speakers to add atmosphere from your favourite Spotify playlist! The pool is of a relatively standard size and was lovely and warm in Aug without any need for heating. There is a Barbecue outside the pool area, but it wasnt in great condition, so we didnt use it. Indoors is open planned and comfortable. Reclining sofas and armchair in the lounge are very relaxing. There is a "formal" dining area, ideal for a family meal, but we only really used the breakfast bar, opting to dine out most of the time. Games consoles are available and connected to the TVs, although we didnt use them. Wifi throughout is good and very easy to connect to. The garage doubles as a Games Room with Fussball, Air Hockey and Pool available. The washer/dryer facilities are premium devices and very effective. The location provides access to numerous local facilities for shopping and dining. Be aware that driving to Universal parks can take longer than you may anticipate as the I-4 [Highway] gets very busy. It is often worth considering an alternative route to avoid some of the traffic. Google Maps is your best friend for navigating! Finally, a big thumbs up to Debbie at Sunshine Homes. She was extremely responsive to all of our emails and was on hand to answer any questions we had. Whilst the villa may have been reasonably standard, Debbie and Sunshine Homes were definitely not... I would say they are probably the best agents we have dealt with in the 20+ years we've been travelling to the area. Thank you Debbie and Nobby.

We had a lovely stay at Glen Villa over Christmas 2019. The villa is in a lovely residential area - very quiet and all the surrounding villas were of a similar size and quality and very well maintained. The villa itself was just as described and as in the photos - very spacious with plenty of rooms, including bathrooms, so we could all get ready at the same time which was an added bonus when we were in a rush to leave early in order to get to the theme parks. The location was great - handy for Disney and with easy access to the main route to Universal. And the management company was very accommodating, including over our request to check-in early and to check out late due our flight times. We loved having a pool which was not overlooked by neighbours and with views over green areas rather than other villas. The pool itself was really nice with plenty of sunloungers. The only downside was an issue over the pool heating for the first part of our stay which meant that it was heating overnight rather than during the day (which we really needed as the weather wasn't very good). But the management company were quick to respond and came over as soon as we called - it's just a shame that it took a while to identify the problem which meant we had a cold pool for the first few days.

Absolutely fantastic villa to stay in very spacious great pool area everything you could need.we was a family of 6 myself my wife 18yo son 16yo daughter and my wifes parents.had an amazing holiday and always glad to get back to the beautiful villa after a day at the parks.the 2 lakes and woodland right outside the villa was amazing to just sit and watch something new every day great wildlife.we will 100% be back to stay next year depending on the greedy tour operators and there flight prices.had an AMAZING stay.thankyou debbie you have a beautiful home

“We had a wonderful stay here with our family of five. It was a great size and layout was perfect for us. We used the three bedrooms upstairs and liked that the kitchen, dining room and living room were all open. Our kids loved the pool, which was bigger than other units had and great for days off from the Disney parks! The pool area was primarily private since it was an end unit, which was also a bonus. Location was great too. It was only a short distance to the Disney parks and also close to conveniences (like Target.) Management responded quickly and was very helpful! The house had everything we needed and we had a fantastic stay!”
