Apartment was as described very clean and private everything you needed was supplied Wii was very good as was Netflix if you wanted a night in As we arrived late of an evening it was dark on the complex so I would recommend you take a torch to find your apartment number. Also around the pool area people were leaving towels on the sun beds early morning but not coming down till the afternoon to use them so some days we couldn’t get around the pool nothing to do with apartment just an observation our stay was lovely would stay again

Fantastic stay at this villa!! I really struggled to find any fault with it! Very clean, perfect location for the strip. Far enough away from the late night noise so it doesn’t disturb you if you did want an early night but it really is within 5 minutes walk to the start of the strip. There’s some wasteland directly across from the villa that you cut through for a shorter route. Plenty of indoor & outdoor space for everyone. Huge pool! I thought surely on the pictures they’ve made it somehow look bigger than it is… no it really is that big. We stayed as a family of 5 with 2 elderly relatives and the slope & gradual steps rather than ladders into the pool was perfect for them for access. We had a tiny issue where the kettle kept shorting the electrics but a quick message to the rental owners and this was fixed with a brand new kettle the very next morning fixing the issue. My only negative I could find and it really is a small one is that the beds seemed quite hard. Again it’s just personal preference and it absolutely would not stop me booking this villa again. I’m gutted it doesn’t sleep more people as I would love to bring more of my family to enjoy it as much as we did. Will 100% be booking this villa again in the future.

Fantastic apartment, excellent location to amenities, we visit protaras 2/3 times a year normally staying in a villa with pool, thought we’d try an apartment and it worked especially well for us, will definitely be returning.

Description and photos very accurate. Lovely clean villa. Plenty of room. Bathrooms with en suites very useful. We didnt cook, but lots of cooking utensils if needed. Great pool larger than most, Lots of bird wathching from poolside as the villa backs onto shrubland. Position of villa generally quiet until the loud motorbikes come past, but this is infrequent. We had a car and used the back road to by-pass the traffic. Its about a 10 min walk downhill to nearest bar/restraunt. My only negative point is the hardness of the beds!

Great property with quality fixtures and fittings,very clean and in a good location,just a 5 minute walk to the main restaurants area and 15 minutes to great beaches.Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed at this wonderful apartment for 1 month it had everything you could need. Excellent location, quiet area but not far from supermarkets and coffee shops etc. The apartment had stunning views and there is a lift to access the apartment. The pictures does not do it justice and had all the facilities you would need. Bonus there is satellite tv to have all your channels Amazon, Netflix etc. It was exactly what we needed to recuperate after an operation. We will definitely be going back. The company were lovely to deal with and any problems were quickly sorted out. Highly recommend.

We used this villa for the week of our wedding, and it exceeded our expectations! The views were beautiful, the villa offered all the comfort we could have asked for and it was clean and well maintained! We loved every minute of it, and it was definitely a location to remember for our special week! Only cons I would like to mention is the cleanliness of the big windows and terrace at the top, which looked like they haven’t been done in a little while. It would be great if a one off clean would be included mid stay, with it being such a big place it can be difficult to do alone, so this included would be great! Also as a suggestion for TVs in the bedrooms also, as there was just one downstairs and some people prefer to watch TV before bed, like ourselves! We had a small issue with the hoover not working and someone came out pretty quickly to sort this for us, and also they were great with the linen and towel change mid stay! Overall we are happy with the stay and would recommend or come back again in the future! Thank you!

We (6 adults) stayed at Villa Sophie for 12 days in August 2025. It's a great villa -our group is essentially three couples and can be a struggle to find villas that sleep 6 but that also have sofas that accommodate 6 people too (ie not just x2 two seaters sofas)! In the villa there are three roomy sofas so its a winner! The villa is roomy and well equipped. The area is great (we stayed in the same area last year, and loved it so much we returned again this year) - Malama beach bar (beautiful small cove beach) and the Kalifi beach bar are a stones throw from the villa and are excellent. There are also numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance too, as well as a small supermarket. We did have a car and the large supermarkets are only a 5 minute drive away. The outside area of the villa worked well for us in terms of the outside furniture being in the shade all day - so great for those who don't want to sit in the hot sun, and the pool was a nice size and regularly cleaned. The only niggle was that there were only 4 sun loungers, so if we had all wanted to bask by the pool at the same time we wouldn't have been able to. But that was the only very slight drawback to what was a great holiday in a great villa. Highly recommend Waterfun Kapparis down at the Malama beach too - we hired the family boat for 4 hours and it had a fabulous afternoon! All in all would highly recommend Villa Sophie!

The apartment looks as it pictured. New building, new furniture, well equipped & spacious. The common pool and its area is also nice, clean and there are several sunbeds & parasols. The whole area is clean. There is a private parking lot Communication with the agency was easy via email. The provided the check in details in time, also send some messages during my stay asking if I would need any assistance or help. The beach is about 10 mins walk. Restaurants, shops are withing 5 mins walk.
