We used this villa for the week of our wedding, and it exceeded our expectations! The views were beautiful, the villa offered all the comfort we could have asked for and it was clean and well maintained! We loved every minute of it, and it was definitely a location to remember for our special week! Only cons I would like to mention is the cleanliness of the big windows and terrace at the top, which looked like they haven’t been done in a little while. It would be great if a one off clean would be included mid stay, with it being such a big place it can be difficult to do alone, so this included would be great! Also as a suggestion for TVs in the bedrooms also, as there was just one downstairs and some people prefer to watch TV before bed, like ourselves! We had a small issue with the hoover not working and someone came out pretty quickly to sort this for us, and also they were great with the linen and towel change mid stay! Overall we are happy with the stay and would recommend or come back again in the future! Thank you!

We (6 adults) stayed at Villa Sophie for 12 days in August 2025. It's a great villa -our group is essentially three couples and can be a struggle to find villas that sleep 6 but that also have sofas that accommodate 6 people too (ie not just x2 two seaters sofas)! In the villa there are three roomy sofas so its a winner! The villa is roomy and well equipped. The area is great (we stayed in the same area last year, and loved it so much we returned again this year) - Malama beach bar (beautiful small cove beach) and the Kalifi beach bar are a stones throw from the villa and are excellent. There are also numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance too, as well as a small supermarket. We did have a car and the large supermarkets are only a 5 minute drive away. The outside area of the villa worked well for us in terms of the outside furniture being in the shade all day - so great for those who don't want to sit in the hot sun, and the pool was a nice size and regularly cleaned. The only niggle was that there were only 4 sun loungers, so if we had all wanted to bask by the pool at the same time we wouldn't have been able to. But that was the only very slight drawback to what was a great holiday in a great villa. Highly recommend Waterfun Kapparis down at the Malama beach too - we hired the family boat for 4 hours and it had a fabulous afternoon! All in all would highly recommend Villa Sophie!

The apartment looks as it pictured. New building, new furniture, well equipped & spacious. The common pool and its area is also nice, clean and there are several sunbeds & parasols. The whole area is clean. There is a private parking lot Communication with the agency was easy via email. The provided the check in details in time, also send some messages during my stay asking if I would need any assistance or help. The beach is about 10 mins walk. Restaurants, shops are withing 5 mins walk.

I can’t recommend this villa as lovely as it is until you address the pool situation. There is NO handrail to get in and out of the pool the steps are slippery. It’s an accident waiting to happen extremely dangerous for children and we resorted to pulling up a sun bed to grab on to. Beautiful villa otherwise.

We was so happy with the villa it felt like home straight away location was great just a short walk to all the shops bars and restaurants. The only negative I have is about the bin location across the road it was always full and over flowing but that's nothing to do with the villa itself we will be booking with Premier rentals again and would highly recommend it. 10/10 for us.

Nice Villa, stayed earlier the year as well, staying next year as well, great location in Kapparis for both beaches and taste Avenue,communication from Premier Holiday Rentals was exelent.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Hara lovely spacious villa clean, perfect location close to all the local towns and shops. Will be recommending this villa to our friends and family cant wait to book next year!
