The property needs attention. The pool wasn't the cleanest in areas (notably one corner), fitments in the bathrooms were loose, microwave was filthy. The BBQ area had some nice wooden chairs and table, but also a couple of older chairs that had entirely ripped (non-usable) seats, which IMO, would have been better simply removed from the property.

The TV is internet-based, which while received a decent enough signal to watch without issue, wouldn't seem to let you change channel once you had selected one, meaning it had to be rebooted every time you wanted to change channel.

The cost of afterstay cleaning and laundry we felt was very high.

It was relatively close to shops (local supermarkets (Iceland and Aldi)), bars and restaurants, but you would really need a car as these were 5-10 min drives away. This wasn't a problem for us but something to bear in mind if you don't drive.

For the price, we had higher expectations and were sadly disappointed.

This property is very accurately described. It has all facilities that you could want and was scrupulously clean hen we arrived. The local management people were excellent and efficient. They met us as agreed for our "out of hours" check in and explained everything etc. resolving a little niggle straight away.
I would have no problem recommending this house but be careful if you have young children who enjoy boisterous fun by the pool. There are lots of rules - no jumping, no eating or drinking, no inflatables, long hair must be tied up and more - that are rigorously policed by a couple of local busybodies. One in particular spoke with us on day 1 about inflatables in the pool. He then called to the house on two mornings complaining that he had received complaints about various reported rule breaches. Not too much of a problem as I wasn't bothered by him and let him know. After which we didn't see/hear from him again but you may not want to deal with this while on a relaxing break. 
On the whole, this is a nice, quiet area.

The pool is a very good size and the propery is near all shops and transport (taxis). It is a very friendly town and well situated for travel to all os spain. The villa is quite decieving and the photos do not do it justice. It is actually larger then the photos and easily accomodated 4 persons. The area around the garden was excellent for having shade at different parts of the day.Would definately book again.
