A great welcome arrangement (starter food in the fridge as we had late arrival flight). Kids sofa bed all ready. All necessary facilities for self catering. The supermarket is just a few minutes down the road. Lots of swimming pool access but cold during winter periods. There was a guide made up which had Travel suggestions and tips. A few DVDs for the kids to watch. A beatiful view from large window (morning sunrise). Highly recommend that you have a car as this location is far from main towns but much peaceful and fresh.

It was very nice to stay in the flat just the signal of the internet was low and there are some ants but that's typically for Cyprus!Defiantly will recommend!

With 24.06.2017, 13.07.2017 we rested in the Panoramic village Mazotos. In the apartment Arrived, but everything was provided for control in the refrigerator was waiting for us a range of ingredients for dinner , everywhere was clean. During your stay, if there were problems, the Manager John, solved them quickly. Liked the quiet, clean air, beautiful sea nearby. The stay was excellent. Planning for next year again to visit Cyprus and Mazotos panoramic village views. Thank you.

This is a little gem of an apartment and I highly recommend it. Very good price and value for money. Mike the manager is very friendly and approachable and answers all your Emails promptly. The apartment is on the ground floor with views looking out to sea and therefore the sunsets are amazing. The apartment is equipped with everything you could need. There is 3 pools which you can use with sun beds and umbrellas. You do need a car to get to the restaurants and beaches although there is a beach across the road behind the tempo store. We loved this apartment so much we are already talking about returning again next year. Thank you for an enjoyable holiday.

The apartment is situated in a quiet place. It is very clean,well decorated and provides all facilities for comfortable holidays. The apartment has beautiful large terrace with nice view on Mazotos hills. The residence has nice swimming pool which is also very clean.The weather and sea were absolutely perfect and we had amazing holidays!

Tidy little apartment with great pools across the road. Central location between Pan Handle and Kyrenia, easy access to Salamis and crossings both at Nicosia & Famagusta (Agios Nickolas). Just make sure any supermarket shopping is done at one of the bigger ones on the main road near Kyrenia as they have better selec tion and value. Both Mike the owner, and Mike the site manager are very helpful with great communication throughout our booking and stay. Friendly & peacefully complex.

Great place to stay, whether its laying by the pool, or walking down to the unspoilt village of Mazotos, or as a base to travel and see the rest of beautiful Cyprus! Children loved it here, everything was clean and safe, people were very friendly, apartment had all the necessities of home, very spacious! You definitely would not be disappointed staying in here, we already want to come back!!! Highly recommended.

My wife and I stayed here from 12 to 25 August 2013. Reception were very quick to book us in, having arrived in the early hours of the morning. The downside was that someone from reception woke us early as the previous guests had apparently left something behind. They should maybe have checked with the cleaners first, as we did not find anything in the apartment which should not have been there. The apartment itself is equipped exactly as described and has everything you need for the duration of your holiday ( although a mop would be useful). The sofa bed, whilst not uncomfortable, is very noisy whenever you turn and can be a struggle to get out of due to the frame. We did not convert this to a sofa at any stage of our holiday and would prefer to see a conventional be in its place. You spend most of the holiday outdoors, so a sofa is not really required. It was nice to have a coffee percolator, as I dislike instant coffee and this allowed me to have a freshly brewed coffee each morning. The balcony furniture is uncomfortable, there is no lumbar support from the chairs. The only complaint on the accommodation was the flooding of the bathroom every time you showered, as the screen has been incorrectly fitted and water escapes. The additional complaint is with the standard of the cleaning. Whilst this had obviously been undertaken prior to arrival, it was of a low standard. The glasses, cutlery and crockery had to be washed prior to use, due to food and drink residue. Whilst this may be down to the previous occupants, the cleaners should ensure that they are clean. There was\is also a plastic drink container under the bed and dust where this has not been pulled out for cleaning. The cupboards also had to be cleaned due to substances being spilled and not cleaned. The owner will obviously have to take this up with the management. We were due to have a mid-stay clean, but the cleaners did not arrive. due to the afore-mentioned standards we cleaned it ourselves on a daily basis. We also did not receive fresh towels at any time during our stay. We had to wash the towels ourselves to freshen them, this was not an issue for us, as we generally wash items to re-use during our holiday, but feel that as this is supposed to be 5 star accommodation that this should be addressed. The sun loungers around the pool are uncomfortable, as no cushions are provided. The complex is not 5 star in our opinion, due to a number of issues such as the lack of cushions on the loungers. The pool is 5 star standard and the gardens are lovely. The complex is kept clean around the gardens etc, but falls short in areas which I would expect from a 5 star establishment. I would rate this as a 3.5\4 star. but it could easily be improved upon to attain the 5 stars.

Worth to visit. Really recommend.
