This is a truly lovely villa and is beautifully presented, very clean and fully appointed. The pool is lovely, the herb garden around it and Koni the tortoise were very special additions, the bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. All rooms have aircon and the shutters keep the rooms very dark. Ivan met us at the ferry and helped with the luggage, bringing the car for my elderly mum, and his mum and dad helped us with our luggage at the end. They are lovely people and Ivan responded quickly with any help that we needed to book a boat, taxi etc. The villa is close to the church where the bells ring on the hour. It is also very close to the local supermarkets and bakery and it took us about 8 minutes to walk to the ferry and 15 minutes to the large public beach which was great for swimming and there is a cafe/restaurant at the back. Milna is a traditional village with a busy and beautiful harbour and lots of boat activity. It is lively without being as busy as Hvar. We took a boat out for the day which was very worthwhile, visiting lots of coves and the delightful village of Bobovisca where we had coffee and spent some time on the beach. We also took the ferry to Hvar for a day trip and booked a private transfer with SeaYou straight to Split airport, which I would fully recommend as the least stressful way to end your holiday if that's where you're going back to. You can walk straight from the boat drop off to the airport in around 10 minutes. I would recommend the Villa Vicina for a relaxing family/group holiday.

Beautiful villa, just minutes away from the centre of split. We had a fantastic stay, and would stay again.

We really liked this property and it was quite central for us to explore by car up and down the coast and the pool was very nice to swim in, even in May. The villa was nice tidy and clean. The only issues we had was the lack of english instructions, I thought that there would be a folder with instructions on various things in the villa, such as how to use the dishwasher, (which we couldnt work out, it kept not releasing the powder???) and what to do when we leave the property. Also the tv programs on the TV were all in Croatian, there seemed to be an option to change to english but we werent able to work that out either. Apart from that though we really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer, would recommend this property.

The villa is absolutely lovely, very spacious, large bedrooms all with ensuites and even hairdryers in each (good for 7 girls!!!) It was exceptionally clean and there was even washing up liquid, oil etc... in the fully equipped kitchen. The outside area was a perefct size and the surroundings were very quiet. I read a previous review saying it was far from the centre. It really is only 10 mins and the walk is completely gorgious, the scenary is amazing. I would go back in an instant.

Beautiful apartmane , very comfy with good size of rooms and leaving aria. Position in old town with 5 min walk to the beach everywhere you go you getting georgeus wives of mountings . Generally we have enjoy our holiday and we will come back. Only one little thing top apartment was a bit to hot during the night air con should be checkt and clean more often.

Apartment Vicko is a beautiful villa we stayed there for a fews days rooms are very nice and clean and modern with full kitchen,bathroom and also a washing machine,we arrived very late at night but when we woke in the morning opeaned the shutters and seen the view of the harbour and village it was a stunning view i will always remember,just a couple minutes walk to the shop and restrant. It is a lovley place just to walk around and see the town,coastal views and the mountains in the background are amazing we had a great time there and driving around to the other villages on the island. I do recemend this villa to stay so close to everythink and access is just off the main street. The owners are lovley pleasent people and looked after us and made us very welcome.

THE PROPERTY WAS LOVELY AND CLEAN AND MET ALL OUR NEEDS. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT IT DOESNT HAVE A COOKER, ONLY A HOB, WHICH LIIMTED THE FOOD WE COULD COOK. ALSO, WE HAD THE MIDDLE APARTMENT WHICH DOESNT HAVE THE LARGE BALCONY AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURES WHICH WAS A SHAME. THERE WAS A SMALL BALCONY, BUT WOULD ONLY SEAT X2 PEOPLE. A SHOWER CURTAIN IN THE BATHROOM WOULD HAVE BEEN USEFUL, AS THERE WAS NO GUARD FOR THE SHOWER. OVERALL, IT WAS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY, AND THE AREA WAS FANTASTIC!

Nice villa within walk (up a hill) of small town and seafront. Only complaints were that the bulb for the light in the lounge area had gone and was not replaced during our stay (and was too high for us to replace) so we couldnt use the room in the evening, and although the pool was kept free of leaves etc the sides and floor of the pool seemed very slippery as though it needed a good clean. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Perfectly nice place. nice rooms, all en-suite, close to the sea and a great beach bar. Bit far from the centre of town, but they dont try to hide it, we were fully aware of the distance (very nice scenic walk though)... Quite close to neighbours and quiet time after 11, but didnt seem to be enforced. overall, very good, give it a go.

Lovely, clean and well equipped villa. Angela was a great host and made sure we were settled. The pool is great, and maintained daily. The village of Sumartin is charming, always lots to watch. Would definitely return and recommend
