Beachhaven Villa at Prince's Grant Golf & Beach Estate 

Fantastic house to get away from it all. Saw whales and dolphins from the comfort of the sitting room and beach short stroll away. Had an amazing stay and would love to go back. Peter and Kathryn were excellent hosts with great local knowledge that was very helpful.

We had such an amazing stay. We were two moms and 4 rowdy kids ages 7,7,5 and 4. The house is magnificent - with a built in work out with the 3 levels :). We loved the views from the top and Thandi even spotted a big pod of dolphins for us from our window. The beach was amazing, the water a brilliant blue and a quick walk eve with kids and carrying "stuff". Thandi was our bff - she was incredible, communication was great too from Kathyrn and Noelle. The beds were all very comfy and we loved the extra blankets everywhere which came in handy. I would maybe stress to people the importance of the biometrics - we arrived late and then completely forgot the next day so when we went in the afternoon the kids had to settle for playing in the dirt in front of the beach gate but they were perfectly happy to do so :). Also do heed the advice on closing doors and windows those monkeys are cheeky - stayed away until our last day when they got in while we were downstairs and stole a whole bunch of our snacks and made a big mess. We hope to come back and make the moms and monkeys (our monkeys) trips an annual one. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful week with the family! Our hosts were super polite and looked after us so well from far away! We really enjoyed the golf course, beach and house! Magic...

Fantastic getaway with amazing ocean view. It is a very short walk (~200m) to the beach. We could see whales and dolphins from the balcony, and we saw dozens of sea turtles in the surf as we walked the beach. Most of the time, we were the only people on the beach. The unit itself was very clean and well-appointed. We had everything we needed to prepare meals and the common areas (dining room, living room, patio, etc...) were very comfortable. Cell phone reception was spotty, but the wi-fi is good, so staying connected was not an issue. This is a great place for a peaceful and beautiful stay along the Dolphin Coast!

This place is amazing. Location is perfect with beach just around the corner. Estate is beautiful with all amenities and relaxed atmosphere. House itself has everything you need for your beach vacation and provides privacy. All the amenities are in very good condition and house is very stylish. There is very good contact with the owners and they are willing to help you with everything.

Perfect! Left on 04/26/2010 for a stay in March 2010 Wonderful location, fantastic views and really comfortable house. The beaches are glorious. The place is a real haven despite the monkeys! The only problem was that we didn’t get to spend long enough. We’ll definitely be back.

?Fabulous house on a fabulous golf estate ???Left on 04/25/2010 for a stay in December 2009 Just to let you know that we had a fantastic stay at your house at Prince’s Grant over the New Year. It really was extremely comfortable and a real home from home with plenty of space for everyone. The golfers amongst us enjoyed the course very much and the non golfers enjoyed the beach which is truly spectacular. We would all love to return again on another occasion. Suki was very helpful and we enjoyed her curry and samosas one night. There are lots of nice restaurants in the area – particularly liked Il Pescatore in Ballito – and we very much enjoyed the braii on a couple of nights – including New Years Eve. The whole place was absolutely idyllic and with plenty to do for everyone.
