We have just returned after 2 weeks in Villa Sofia and can 100% recommend. Initial hiccups , however Kash was only a call away and sorted issues immediately, thank you , much appreciated:) Outside space was great for a big family, however the pool does get sun all day and in summer heat . pool was a little warm for my liking , but this did not stop the kids. As constructive criticism , my only gripe would be maybe to provide umbrellas by the sunbeds as the heat made it impossible after 11 to sit out . The area has lots to offer , from restaurants, supermarkets and a 10 min walk to NISSI beach (very busy!) However , it does get noisy on a night with the music so bear that in mind if your a light sleeper Again , thank you so much for your hospitality Kash

A family break for our daughters 21st...ideally situated between Nissi beach & Ayia Napa centre and a short 5 min walk from the local bars restaurants and shops:) a great villa with so many extras...pool....bbq..ample seating & chair beds...well equipt kitchen...oh and we cant forget mum & dads LOVE SHACK on the side!! Full to capacity but no shortage of space...prehaps for a longer stay a bit more clothes storage would be helpfull...and the girls needed some mirrors by the plugs for hairdryers & straighteners...they had to invade our shack for that! We all had a great time and will return a.s.a.p...Would highly recommend :))

5 Star Review Das Haus von Kash liegt liegt in perfekter Lage am nissi Beach (400 Meter Fußweg). Es schön groß und geeignet für 8 Personen ( wir sind zu zweit geflogen). Der Pool ist sauber und die perfekte Erfrischung an an einem heißen Tag! Man findet alles was man für den Aufenthalt in direkter Umgebung ( Restaurants, Supermärkte etc.) Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt.Die Kommunikation mit kash war ausgezeichnet! Meine Frau hat eine Überraschung zum Geburtstag von Kash bekommen, darüber haben wir uns besondera gefreut! Allerdings sollte man keine Abneigung gegen Katzen haben, davon gibt es viele in dem Viertel. Ab ca. 22 Uhr hört man die "Musik" aus der Karaoke bar, das hat uns eher amüsiert und nicht gestört. Ich würde jederzeit das Haus von Kash weiterempfehlen, das hat unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Kash's house is in a perfect location on nissi Beach (400 meters walk). It's a good size and suitable for 8 people (we flew in pairs). The pool is clean and the perfect refreshment on a hot day! You will find everything you need for your stay in the immediate vicinity (restaurants, supermarkets, etc.) The house is well equipped and nothing was missing. Communication with kash was excellent! My wife got a surprise for her birthday from Kash, we were very happy about that! However, one should not be averse to cats, there are many of them in the area. From about 10 p.m. you can hear the "music" from the karaoke bar, which amused us and didn't bother us. I would not hesitate to recommend Kash's house, it made our holiday perfect.

5 Star Review Schön grosses Haus mit einem tollen Garten. Check-in hat perfekt funktioniert, obwohl wir mitten in der Nacht angekommen sind. Sehr hilfsbereiter und gastfreundlicher Vermieter. Lage ist optimal, der Nissi Beach und ein Supermark sind eifach zu Fuss zu erreichen. Nice big house with a great garden. Check-in worked perfectly even though we arrived in the middle of the night. Very helpful and hospitable landlord. The location is ideal, the Nissi Beach and a supermarket are easy to reach on foot.

4 Star Review Firstly, Kash was great, responsive and provide information and help when needed in a timely manner, just what you need from a host. The Villa is nice and spacious, pool and outside space is amazing, with a short walk to the amazing Nissi Beach. Some nice restaurants all within a few minutes walk. Check out Atlas Italian, and Mangas Restaurant, great experiences with the staff and the food was pretty great also. If you want a restaurant with a view the Vala Beach Club is fantastic, though a little expensive, but worth it for the view. The only downside for us as a family of 4 with two teenagers was the noise at night. We were hoping to be far enough away from the action but the back of the villa does face towards a sports/karaoke bar which usually resulted in music and some out of key singing until around 2am. Its not too bad inside the villa but sitting outside at night was less enjoyable at times. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
