Peter and Michelle were fantastic gosts. The villa is amazing with quality outside furniture. The cocktail lounge was incredible and the special meal made for my husbands birthday was fantastic. The villa was spotless and had everthing you need for a luxury stay. We would not hesitate to recommend you will not get better in the area.

Me and my family have just stayed in the villa and it’s exactly as advertised clean, modern and very well equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Peter and Michelle met us when we arrived and showed us around the villa and how everything worked. The pool was very clean and a good size. Bath towels, pool towels and bed linen were provided and of a high quality. Peter kept in touch with us throughout our stay to check everything was ok and see if there was anything we needed. He recommended places to go. The beach was about a 35 minute walk away and was worth the visit. Lidl and Aldi were a few minutes walk away with a small town centre with restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend staying here and we will be going back. Thank you so much to Peter and Michelle for making us feel welcome.

We had an absolutely wonderful short week at this villa nest Alicante with our family. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and truly equipped with everything we could possibly need, it felt like a home away from home. Peter and Michelle, the hosts, were very friendly and gave us great tips. They were thoughtful and helpful, and we really appreciated their warm welcome. Without a doubt, we would love to return here for our next trip. Highly recommended!

Fantastic villa would definitely recommend. Just returned from a great family holiday at Villa Las Iguanas. The villa is beautifully decorated, very comfortable with loads of space for 6. The villa is furnished to a very high standard with both the outside and roof spaces perfect for relaxing. Hope to visit again soon.

The house was very lovely, both inside and outside. It fully equipped and very clean and welcoming. The beds were very good and each bathroom was very nice. The furniture was of good quality. Peaceful and quiet area with shops and restaurants nearby. The owners was very nice and helpful, and gave us many recommendations about the area and activities we could take part in. We would highly recommend a stay in this house.

Our stay at villa las iguanas was very nice. We where there for 1 week and had so much fun there. So relaxed with a nice heated pool, and very clean and nice villa. Peter and michelle was also very nice and very helpfull. I would recommend everyone to travel to this villa, if you are a family or a group of friends like us. 10/10🤩

We were a party of 6 people. The appartment had plenty of room for all of us and was well equiped. The swimmingpool was nice and the patio was big enough. We had a warm welcome, Peter gave us with a welcome drink. You will need a car to be mobile. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The apartment was perfect - very well appointed, pool and outside facilities excellent - we had almost exclusive use of the the pool for the duration of our hols and was always clean and tidy. You definitely need a car to get out and about to see the real Spain - the local restaurants were very British and not to our liking, but Peter was brilliant as recommending restaurants and villages nearby to explore and discover the real Spain! beaches were lovely with something to keep all family members happy. Definitely recommend a trip to the waterfalls and Guadalest in the mountains for a change of scenery. Would definitely visit again.

the appartment was in the underbuild of the villa so there was only small windows at ceiling height in the bedrooms and kitchen so no view from these ,also the toilet,bathroom,and kitchen waste water was disposed through a saniflow so in the night was very noisey if the toilet was used,we only had one large bath towel and one small hand towel between three of us for the bathroom ,there was plenty of tea towells ,good hot water,a nice area to sit outside around the pool, there was about six towels for use if you went in the pool or to put on the loungers ,the beds were good, the area was very quiet that was good ,close to the g a centre for shopping and restaurants ,also close to the airport,

The Apartment was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. The keyholder peter was very helpful and efficient. The walk to the beach was realistically 25 minutes and wouldnt be managed by someone elderly or by families with young children and pushchairs. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definately go back. steph, dave, ella and daisy hale
