Fantastic stay in this beautiful villa, it’s bright, clean, very well equipped and just stunning! Hosts are fab and very good communication and recommendations. We loved the outings and you definitely need a car to discover all the lovely things to do in the area!

Fantastic villa in Grand Alacant 🤩 We had a great week in this beautiful, stylish, modern house and we would love to come back. We have been to Gran Alacant around 15 times the last 25 years and this is by far the best place we have rented for living. Peter and Michelle are great hosts and when we arrived they showed us everything we needed to know about the house and also suggested places to visit. Great stay, great villa and great hosts! We had a really great stay at the villa. It looked lovely when we arrived. It was well equipped and the TV with netflix was really good. There was milk, tea and coffee to use. The filtered water tap was so useful. It's got plenty of supermarkets to choose from within walking distance and restaurants and bars. The short distance from the airport was really good. The stand out feature was the rooftop terrace. The whole family enjoyed this. Peter and Michelle greeted us and gave us lots of local info. Peter was so helpful throughout our stay. We were a party of 6 and spent 10 wonderful days at this beautiful villa. Peter and Michelle met us on arrival, showed us around and explained how everything worked. The villa is beautiful with a modern kitchen and very comfortable lounge. Bedrooms are spotless with comfy beds and bedding. Peter kept in touch throughout our stay and recommended places of interest to visit. Highly recommend staying at Villa las Iguanas. We had a great time!

Excellent accomodation. The outdoor space is fabulous with good quality furniture. The kitchen is well equipped and the lounge is very comfortable, we were a party of 4 adults. Good size bedrooms with very comfortable beds, good size bathrooms the showers work well, good quality bedding and towels. Approximately 15 min walk to the local shopping and restaurant area. Peter and Michelle are excellent hosts, met on arrival and departure and available during our stay to offer advice if needed. I would recommend this property.

Peter and Michelle were fantastic gosts. The villa is amazing with quality outside furniture. The cocktail lounge was incredible and the special meal made for my husbands birthday was fantastic. The villa was spotless and had everthing you need for a luxury stay. We would not hesitate to recommend you will not get better in the area.

Me and my family have just stayed in the villa and it’s exactly as advertised clean, modern and very well equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Peter and Michelle met us when we arrived and showed us around the villa and how everything worked. The pool was very clean and a good size. Bath towels, pool towels and bed linen were provided and of a high quality. Peter kept in touch with us throughout our stay to check everything was ok and see if there was anything we needed. He recommended places to go. The beach was about a 35 minute walk away and was worth the visit. Lidl and Aldi were a few minutes walk away with a small town centre with restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend staying here and we will be going back. Thank you so much to Peter and Michelle for making us feel welcome.

We had an absolutely wonderful short week at this villa nest Alicante with our family. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and truly equipped with everything we could possibly need, it felt like a home away from home. Peter and Michelle, the hosts, were very friendly and gave us great tips. They were thoughtful and helpful, and we really appreciated their warm welcome. Without a doubt, we would love to return here for our next trip. Highly recommended!

Fantastic villa would definitely recommend. Just returned from a great family holiday at Villa Las Iguanas. The villa is beautifully decorated, very comfortable with loads of space for 6. The villa is furnished to a very high standard with both the outside and roof spaces perfect for relaxing. Hope to visit again soon.

The house was very lovely, both inside and outside. It fully equipped and very clean and welcoming. The beds were very good and each bathroom was very nice. The furniture was of good quality. Peaceful and quiet area with shops and restaurants nearby. The owners was very nice and helpful, and gave us many recommendations about the area and activities we could take part in. We would highly recommend a stay in this house.
