. When we arrived we had to meet a really young boy who was about 11 years and with no knowledge of English , so communication was difficult . We had to text to the owner who was in Uk and she contacted him , so it cost us a lot of money for basic communication.
Secondly , although the villa was spacious , the cleanliness was not professional at all. Hair in bathrooms amd floor and a really bad smell upstairs as it was embedded in one of the bedrooms .in one of the bedrooms which was huge we could not sleep due to terrible smell.Expired food in the fridge , etc 
Basically we felt we went to someone’s home not a villa you paid for holiday .
Again at our own expenses , had to text the owner internationally and she said his son has cleaned the villa a few weeks ago (obviously his standards was not in minimum professional level )anyway she said she can’t pay anyone to clean the place as she is abroad and just apologized .
had to do a basic cleaning , specially in the bathrooms as they were disgusting .
The pool water was not clear and again as being cleaned by the very very young boy who could not speak a word of English . I personally did not go to the pool as I could not see the bottom of it .
In general we tried to enjoy our stay but it wasn’t easy considering higeine issues .
At the end unfortunately my mother left her phone charged in the plug, after contacting the owner and apolgizing, she promised that the neighbours have the phone and we will get the phone back with no worries .
Unfortunately I didn’t receive any reply on my messages .
In general it was a disappointing experience for us .
This could be potentially an amazing villa if the owners kept it clean professionally and someone with basic English was available for international customers .

The villa was way better then we expected .we taught we were getting a 4 bed room villa but there were 5 bed rooms all the bed rooms had access to a veranda this we did not know .The swimming pool was was fantastic the photos on the web site did it no justice.you had the local shop across the road from the villa and they were very friendly and helpful.villa was only one minute from the main road were you got the local buses to the city center.we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely use the villa again on our next trip to Turkey

Everything was great,the owner(a very nice and helpful lady)was waiting for us early in the morning with the keys.The villa was very nice,the pool was great and the neibarhood was very quite. The villa was very close to the sea.
In conclusion this villa gave us a perfect hollyday home.

We have just returned from a fortnights holiday at the Villa Sevgi and it has been perfect!!  The villa is absolutely beautiful and extremely large (could easily accomadate another 4 people) we spent most of our days lazing by the pool and our evenings enjoying a bbq on the roof terrace (too hot to go up there during the day).  The villa is situated in a quiet residential area where the peolpe are extremely friendly.  There is a small grocery shop over the road which stocks the basics and a larger supermarket 10 minutes walk away, or you can catch the regular bus service from the bottom of the road and travel upto Kipa (tesco owned) or a little further down the road (20 mins on bus) is Kusadasi town Centre.  We found Sevgi to be extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her, and will definately be recommending to family and friends.

Very nice house within walking distance to the beach, and near to the buses that go to Kusadasi. Across the road from a shop that sells fresh bread, and nice quiet area. 
The house is beutifully furnished with a very large flat screen tv and kitchen furnished adequetly. Very nice large terrace with sea views and BBQ. Very good value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. We did find on arrival that the previous renters hadnt cleaned up after themselves, but this was offset by the amazing generosity of Sevgi, the owner. She had Air-con installed for us, brought us fruit, helped with advice and couldnt do enough to make our stay a good one.

Overall the villa is great for the money, the security of the site was never an issue, the pool was cleaned often and the facilities are more than adequate.

A must for families, groups or couples.

We were very pleased with this villa. We were blown away by the sheer size of the property, especially for the small cost of £400. It was very clean and spacious, the pool was good and the rooftop terrace was a brilliant extra to an already impressive villa. The neighbours were friendly and we were looked after very well. The three 24 hour security guards that were a visible presence around the site with their whistles made us feel safe and assured when leaving the property for days/nights out. The owner was very helpful with all our needs. She met us at 5am in the morning with the keys and also booked us our taxis back to the airport to save us getting over charged. All in all we only have good things to say about the villa and the owner,a lovely lady. I would reccomend this villa to not only families but to small to medium groups of younger people like ourselves.

This is a lovely villa very spacious and airy.We all enjoyed our stay there, watching the sun go down from the roof terrace is beautiful.The villa is a new rental and just needs a few little tweaks to make it a great holiday home. We would definately rent it again next year in fact we cant wait.
