Grossly overpriced, this is not a luxury villa. In hot weather the lack of air conditioning results in discomfort and difficulty sleeping. The furnishings are holiday home basic; adequate but not luxurious. Dog dirt on the front lawn, close to the patio; foul smelling shower drains, requiring constant Domestos; no hot water downstairs; a WC cistern which broke 4 times in 3 weeks and a limit of one pillow per person were disappointing features of our stay.

this is s new house on an estate ina gated community. It is probably the klargest house on the complex of about 40 houses. The estate is very well set out and unlike what most people would think iof in this context. it is surrounded by woodland and very private. the pool is hughe and only suffers from the sun catching the pool until about 4pm. the villa is about a 15 minute walk from beautiful St. remy. it has everything you would want and is very tastefully decorated. Simon, who manages the villa lives on the estate and could not be more helpful or informative. this was a first class villa and a first class location.
