The description is accurate, and certainly a good value for an extended stay in Paris. Very convenient location...market, T2 Tram, La Defense, Metro into Paris. Can be in the heart of Paris within 25 min (10 min walk to Metro, 15 min Metro ride). My only recommendation is the property could use a little enhancement, e.g. fresh paint on walls, sofa replacement (has throw cover over sofa because doesnt show well from wear and tear), better job of cleaning along floor edges and counter areas in bath and kitchen. Also, the bed should have a top sheet between you and the comforter (how is that cleaned, and is it). Also, there really should be two keys issued for the property. Other than that, it does feel like home. Overall I would rent again.

it is excellent in almost every thing... I will change it just because my wife delivered a baby and i have to take a larger one. yes,, for me only one thing was bad...there is no wash machine....and you have to walk 10 min to the nearest laundary. there is dish washer but it is useless for me.
