Had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa. Really was a home from home with everything you could possibly need. Fantastic pool and games room. Loads of fresh towels. Highly recommend.

Jasmine Villa was amazing, it was everything and more that we needed for our holiday. Plenty of shops and restaurants around the area. Very clean and modern with two amazing bedrooms for children with toys and teddy's etc. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing and we had the best view of wildlife from the lake behind us. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again. Thank you for having us

This was our second stay at Jasmine Villa and it did not disappoint. The house is spacious, well equipped and impeccably cleaned. It is located in a pleasant residential area with easy access to all the theme parks. Excellent private pool .We would definitely recommend this property and hope to visit again in the future.

We all enjoyed the villa and its facilities, we couldn't fault anything, the calm, the space, everyone was catered for from 4yr old to 60yr old, really relaxed between the Parks will definitely consider using again.

Jasmine villa is located in a very quiet neighbourhood but feels very safe. The only noise you’ll here are the Crickets when the sun sets over the conservation area at the rear of the pool were we saw a Gator. It’s about a 25 min drive too the Parks and a 5/10 min drive too the nearest supermarket and petrol station. My family had a fantastic time there and we didn’t want to leave. If we had any questions Terry and Carolyn were very quick too reply. We did notice that the Iron wasn’t working but within 2 days it was replaced with a brand new one. I would definitely recommend this fantastic villa and thank you Terry & Carolyn for letting us stay in your home.

We were delighted with this villa, particularly the location. Our grandchildren were thrilled to the see the wildlife including the alligator who basked a few feet away from the rear of the property and the turtle who climbed onto the grassy bank one morning. The general area was very well maintained and felt very safe. The pool was an excellent size for young children and ours made the most of it. The villa was well equipped and included a games room. bicycles, pool toys etc.. I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Extremely clean and well presented upon arrival. Abundance of towels with a well equipped laundry room. Extremely quiet without being too remote, slept well every night with no noise (apart from the odd cricket or two!). Great opportunity for all those that enjoy aligator watching, we saw them every morning. Completely safe, though, with the caged area around the lovely sunny pool area. Would have liked the house to have had a clean midway through holiday and a change of bed linen (after all if you stay for just one week this is always done!) Location fantastic, just like Wisteria Lane according to my daughter. Good proximity to all theme parks, Busche Gardens less than an hour away! Would recommend to family and friends.

We had a really smashing time here at the Villa and it really was the star of the show. Really clean and well appointed with a truly private pool, it was sad to leave. We even made friends with the local gator (Gary) who checked us out on a few occassions. A minor maintenance problem was dealt with quickly and without any hassle and all in all the villa was a really great part of a great holiday. 5 mins to the supermarket, 25 to disney 35 to the airport really convenient. If Im over going to Orlando again I would not hesitate to stay here again.
