Villa is north facing so sunshine limited when we stayed. Everything that is needed is in the property but VERY shabby/dirty. Outside furniture was rusty and cushions very tatty. Bathrooms grotty, cracked tiles and a mixture of discoloured towels and linen. We had problems with the main bathroom as toilet didn’t flush. Owner was quick to respond but took four attempts to fix as the inside workings had perished. Water was running through the system constantly and a neighbour complained as it kept him awake. However, the final straw was when we took a blanket from the wardrobe and it was covered in faeces!! It was taken away and washed but very unpleasant. We suspect it had been used for a dog. The whole place needs deep cleaning, bedding completely replaced, bathrooms re furnished and decorated. We have used click stay often and have never been disappointed but this was awful.

Really nice villa with all the creature comforts and amenities you’ll need. At the moment of leaving this review, the only downside is that the location is about 3/4 of a mile east of where it is pinned on the map.

Quiet and relaxing, pool within walking distance, a car is essential.

We had an amazing stay here, couldn't fault anything. It was like home frkm home, everything you needed & more. Sandra was excellent, any questions we had she would respond very promptly & Dawn was on hand for anything we needed. Pool opposite the house, which my 2 young girls loved, yes even in Feb!!! Lol, shops bars, restsurants just a short walk away. We would definitely book again & stay here, which we will be doing in a few weeks. On arrival villa dirty. The roof terrace was filthy and spent the first day cleaning. Cushions for outside filthy and kept getting bitten inside and outside the villa. Needs love and attention inside and out. Barbecue was a rust bucket same as swing. Tv in bedroom not working and only a few channels on main tv. Got locked in the bathroom first night due to lock not working. Could not use shower over the bath due to fixings hanging off wall. Kettle would not open to fill, toaster too small for the bread. Pool not open due to refurbishment. Villa on a steep hill so not good if you have walking issues. Small car fitted in driveway next door just as we couldn’t use our driveway. Neighbours lovely but dogs barking early in the morning.

Lovely stay at villa , communication with Sandra was first class who also arranged transfers from airport , thanks Lee . Only a couple of things that could improve villa are , sun loungers on roof terrace are for lying on your back only and the floors where a little dirty , the aircon was a God send and the bed was probably the most comfortable I have ever had abroad, thankyou

We had a wonderful stay, there was everything you could wish for. The only thing we didn't expect was the storms and that showed that the conservatory needed a little attention against any future inclement and uncharacteristic weather. The villa was lovely and clean apart from under the sofa. Dawn was very friendly and helpful when we couldn't find the villa initially due to the adverts on the side of the road being changed. The area was very quiet which was what we wanted and the beach was only a short drive away, not a developed tourist area. The pool was close and a pleasant area, we visited this on several occasions when not out sightseeing.

This is a good value villa, perfect for a relaxing holiday by the pool with plenty to do further afield as well. Not super smart, the villa is homely and does have some of the owner's own things in and around so it wasn't like other villas we've stayed in before, but it had everything we needed and we quickly got used to that. The fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher was great, 2 bathrooms with no shortage of hot water, and air con in the lounge and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms to keep us cool. The roof terrace is the real gem with plenty of outdoor furniture, shade over the table and wonderful views. The lovely pool with great views and plenty of sun loungers on an attractive grassed area is 30 seconds walk away. There is a good section for babies and toddlers and a lifeguard most of the time. Supermarkets are 10 mins drive. A car is necessary to get around. We enjoyed trips to beaches, markets, Pola park, Alicante, snorkeling etc. Communication with Sandra was excellent throughout and she was very accommodating and extremely quick to answer any questions before and during our stay. There is an identical villa next door so it would be great for a larger party to take the two together. We would happily return if we were to revisit the area.

We stayed for a week and we can't wait to go back!! The villa was more than we expected. Really clean and very well equipped and big enough for 2 families to share. Dawn, was lovely and really friendly. The pool was immaculate. I can't really fault the stay at all (Other than the busses and taxis are a bit unreliable). But overall it was a fabulous holiday and we will be returning. Thanks so much for having us. X
