A perfect villa if staying near Orlando . Within 30 mins of everything, great to com back and relax after a busy day , we would not hesitate to book this villa again . If you are looking for a great family villa , look no further , stop and book it 👍

The villa is really nice, well equipped and in a nice location, it’s a bit far out for Universal parks being on exit 58 but I didn’t mind this. Communication with owners was good, the only issue we had was the air conditioning was not great in the other 3 bedrooms it was to hot, master was fine, the thermostat control was locked so couldn’t alter the temperature or fan settings. The pool area is split where the covered area is at one side of the pool and the sunbed/ loungers are at the other side separated from the table and chairs by the L shaped pool area and shape of house but it’s an excellent place to stay and we’ll furnished

We recently had a lovely stay at this villa. Lovely location, beautiful and clean villa with lovely clean pool. Easy instructions for access to the villa. We had a minor issue during our stay, we got in contact with the management company who were friendly, polite and fixed it the same day. Lovely villa, would recommend and stay here again in the future. Thank you.

We stayed in the Villa Albatross for just under 3 weeks and it is ideally situated between the 192 and the I4 for easy access to all the theme parks. The villa is much bigger than the pictures show, it is very clean and modern. The pool area is huge and the lights in the pool at night were a great novelty. The owners were very attentive in their communications before we arrived and we didnt need to contact them at all while we were there as there were absolutely no issues (which is a first for us!) I would not hesitate staying here again.

A fantastic villa and a great location. Any minute our kids were at home, they were either in the pool or the games room!

Can not recommend highly enough from start to finish it was brilliant communication was excellent we even contacted them during our stay to ask if the pool heating could be turned up for which they replied straight away and arranged to have it turned up. We arrived early hours of the morning after being delayed for over7 hours we were all exhausted with 2 young children in the group it was good to have all the details needed to find and enter the villa without having to go somewhere else to collect the keys like we have done before. The villa its self was large clean and felt homely everything you need for a holiday nobody wanted to leave at the end , Thank you for a great holiday

What an absolute pleasure it was to stay in Villa Albatross. A spacious well equipped home from home, for the first time we actually didn't want to go back to our own home at the end of our holiday - not sure we'd ever stay in a hotel again after experiencing a private villa holiday. Superb communication regarding villa instructions i.e keys, alarm etc before our flight. We found the location excellence for our needs - we flew to/from Tampa and had a hire car which we made very good use of - near all major routes. Dawn from management was always at the end of the phone for our minor enquiries and reassurance about the tornado warning, she even rang the next day to make sure our son was O.K (the warning upset him). The owners Yvonne and Martin were wonderful accommodating our last minute changes, we decided to stay on at their villa rather then go to the Resort we had booked for our last 3 days - testament to how much we loved staying at their villa. This was the first time we had booked a villa independently and of course had our reservations about "what ifs" however the whole experience/process was faultless and professional, we would highly recommend Villa Albatross. I didn't expect others to leave "stuff" for the next guests as you don't know how long the duration is between each stay - I took dishwasher tabs, bin liners, foil, cling film, tea bags, coffee, washing up sponges and clothes with me, they didn't take up much room in our luggage and I replaced the washing powder I'd used as I felt it was the right thing to do - we treated Yvonne and Martin's villa respectfully, like we do our own home. We would like to thank Yvonne and Martin for sharing their wonderful villa us 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 we hope to return 😊

We had an amazing holiday in this villa, the location is great for all parks, we had so much fun in the pool, the owners and the management team were so friendly and helpful. The Villa is the best equipped we have ever stayed in. We definately will be returning here for our future holidays to florida.

Our stay was is a few years ago in 2019. I thought I had with written this with you soon. Facilities were excellent. It was very clean and the location was good. we especially thought the information provided was brilliant, giving us a list of local restaurants and activities to do when we were all parked out.
