This is our 3rd stay at this villa and once again, it did not dissapoint! We love staying here. It is always clean and tidy and in a brilliant location. 10/10 and always recommend!

We have returned to this property following being here in 2024 and it was as good as I remeber if not better with some upgrades that the host has carried out! Honestly a great villa and location, takes about 30/40mins to get to disney but it has alot around the villa for food and walmart is only 13mins away up the 27. The hosts Yvonne and Martin are also great and very helpful! Kevin is also helpful who is the helper in the states and quick to respond to WhatsApp messages. Would recommend this villa to anyone, i have such bad holiday blues coming back from here!

This was our 2nd stay at this villa in the last two years, both for three weeks and we had a fantastic time on both occasions. The villa is lovely, well equipped with everything we needed for our holiday. The location was peaceful yet convenient, with local attractions, restaurants, and shops all within easy reach. Communication and ease of booking with the owners was a breeze, they quickly answered any questions, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We are taking a break from Florida for the moment, but we would be looking to return (hopefully) to this villa in the not too distant future. Yvonne and Martin thanks for two great holidays

We had a really lovely stay. Owners were very easy to communicate with and check in was easy and smooth. The property is really lovely, all equipment etc was available so like a home from home. My only issue would be that the cleaning was not quite up to par. The side tables, tv unit etc had a thick layer of dust and the outside dining furniture also needed a good clean before we could use it. This is no reflection on the owners but on the cleaning team who could use a little more attention to detail. The area was quiet and a nice friendly neighbourhood. Easy to access many of the state parks and Disney world if you’re visiting, but far enough from the hustle and bustle to be able to retreat to. Overall really enjoyable stay and a lovely comfortable property.

A great location with lovely south facing pool that’s not over looked. A quite neighbourhood that has easy access to everything you need from shops, restaurants and parks.

Just returned home following a 10 night stay at villa albatross. This was our first ever stay at a villa as we as a family have always stayed in hotels on international drive so naturally we were a little apprehensive. I can honestly say without doubt this was the best decision we have ever made. The villa is like home from home. The location was perfect and had everything we needed during our stay. The villa was spotlessly clean and in a perfect location to explore Florida. During our first week Florida was on a tropical thunderstorm alert and the weather for the first 3-4 days was heavy storms. Due to the severe wind and storms part of the roof covering the pool was damaged. I contacted Yvonne immediately who reported the issue to their maintenance team. The following day the maintenance chap arrived on site to repair the part of the roof. During the booking process I communicated with Yvonne as it was our first time driving in Florida and as we all know staying in a villa it is essential to hire a car. Yvonne put my mind to rest and even put me in touch with a cab hire company who they always use when they go to their villa. I contacted the cab hire company before leaving who arranged to pick us up from the airport (as we arrived late at night and I didn’t really want to drive straight to the villa). The cab hire company were waiting for us at the airport and dropped us off to the villa. They then collected us the following morning and took us to the local car rental venue to arrange our car hire. I have no hesitation in recommending villa albatross. Yvonne was so helpful and accommodating during the entire process which made for a memorable stay and holiday for the family. We really didn’t want to leave and could happily have stayed another 10 nights!!
