XANADUBAI 

Zum 5. Mal waren wir nun auf der Palm Jumeirah in der Villa Xanadu, zum 1. Mal nun in dieser Villa.
Die Villa ist toll und modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und sehr ruhig. Die 5 Zimmer mit Badezimmer sind sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat dort alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Betreuung durch Hanish und Rechelle war wie immer top und wir danken den Beiden für Ihre Tätigkeiten und Ihre Hilfe. Wir werden ganz bestimmt wieder kommen, evtl. auch im kommenden Jahr.

For the 5th time we were now on the Palm Jumeirah in the Villa Xanadu, for the first time now in this villa.
The villa is great and modern, very clean and very quiet. The 5 rooms with bathrooms are very nice and we felt very comfortable. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The support by Hanish and Rechelle was as always top and we thank the two for their activities and your help. We will certainly come back, possibly in the coming year.

This was our second visit in 12 months and we intend returning again.  We had a really memorable holiday in an idyllic location thanks to our host and his fabulous team (thanks Hanish especially).   
Would strongly recommend this villa as a holiday destination.

Absolutely loved our stay! From the very start when Hanish picked us up from the airport to the very end, everything was perfect.
The villa was breathtakingly beautiful and even larger than we thought it would be. Everything was very clean and my family have already planned many trips back! Hanish was just an amazing host, always available and a great person to have to help you with anything!

My family and I visited the Xandu for February half term (husband, wife 8 year old and 4 year old twins) - Put very simply this place is heaven and just perfect in every way, from the moment you book with Robert to Hanish meeting and returning you to the airport everything is taken care of. 

This was our third visit, and on this occasion we had decided to spend more time at the villa relaxing and enjoying this special place. Last year we'd taken the children to Atlantis and whilst it was great having the extra facilities the relaxation and personal touches of Xandu outweighs the hotel option for us every time. We especially loved the direct beach access, we were able to keep an eye on the children whilst they played in either the pool or beach without us leaving the comfort of our lounger!  

The villa is just perfect, well equipped and comfortable for both hot days and cooler evenings.

Rachel the house keeper keeps the villa spotless, and Hanish is always only a message away from assisting you with anything you may need.

We've been lucky enough to visit some beautiful houses around the world, Xandu is our current "top of the pops".

We cant wait to return.

 The Beach House Villa was absolutely gorgeous and my family and I had a great stay at Xanadu! We felt very welcomed prior to and during our entire stay. The villa is in one the nicest areas in Dubai, was immaculate and also very big which made everyone feel very comfortable in their own personal space. The pictures on the website do the home no justice, it was beyond our expectations. 

Kevin, the owner, was very responsive and accommodating to all of my requests via email! The onsite manager Hanish went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He was extremely personable and offered us great advice for things to do and see in the area. The day we checked out of the villa, my cousin left behind an item of hers and Hanish went out of his way to meet up with us to return the item before we left Dubai, what an awesome guy!!! The house and each of our bedrooms stayed spotless daily and that was thanks to Rachelle. She was so nice and set up breakfast every morning for my family. We were a party of 6 ranging from ages 3 – 41 and we all had a tremendous time. There aren’t enough great things I can say because this was by far one of the best vacations that my family and I had thanks to Kevin, Hanish and Rachelle!!! We would definitely return to Xanadu and highly recommend it to everyone!!!

I must admit the stay was nice. Hanish was such an amazing just. Anything that he could do to help you he would go far and beyond. The house was a little outdated.  It needs a few minor repairs and the was needs to be painted. A few things were broken but we reported it to Hanish. I just feel that for the amount of money we paid I expected it to be a little more together.  The house was big and spacious and everyone had tgeir iwn bathroom in their room.  It was nice!

Fantastic villa, great location and excellent service.
We were a mixed group of 4 couples, 2 teenage boys and 2 older teenage girls and everybody thoroughly enjoyed their stay here. The pool, putting green and kayaks kept the boys entertained whilst everyone else enjoyed lounging on the beach after a delicious breakfast served by Hanish every morning. Hanish transported us daily to our required rendezvous's and assisted with the booking of a few trips. He was always on hand to assist with our requests and he promptly arranged for the air conditioning to be fixed when it kept tripping in the lounge &amp; downstairs bedroom. Rachelle (the housekeeper) provided a very efficient service offering the benefits normally experienced in a hotel which included making the beds and a turn down service. The only negative I have to report about our stay was that we all found the mattresses on the double beds to be quite hard (we would have preferred hotel quality), however Hanish &amp; Rachelle assisted in the master suite by placing some additional thin mattresses on the bed. We would highly recommend Xanadu and are already checking dates as to when we can return.

The house was gorgeous and right on the beach, even closer than it appeared in the photos.  The homeowner was wonderfully responsive and couldn't have been more helpful.  The household help was also terrific, and the house was wonderfully maintained.  The pool table was a nice surprise, and the swimming pool was excellent.  The area is fun to explore, and the house is centrally located in proximity to everything we wanted to see and do.  We were a party of 10, with ages ranging from 2 to 71, and everyone had a wonderful time.  Thanks for a great visit!
