Apartment in a central location handy to The town centre . Facing the pool lovely to look out onto especially when it’s so quiet with your morning coffee. Facilities where good and I would recommend

Stayed in this apartment a couple of times, like this part of the resort. Apt is great, it has everything you need and you just walk out patio doors and the pool is there.Would recommend.

Apartment was good, everything you needed was there, my only complaint was the two single beds in one of the rooms, they creaked even with the slightest of movement which woke you up many times during the night ( metal frames) think they need tightened up.Changed rooms eventually and it was fine. Go to la torre regularly and would go back to this apartment.

La torre resort is ideal for a relaxing holiday by the pool with the family, Ellbrec apartment is clean and well sized for a family of four with easy access to the pool from the garden. The resort is well maintained and has facilities on site such as supermarket, bar and restaurants. To get around the local area you will need a car though, beaches are around a 20 minute drive away.

We spent a lovely two weeks at this pleasant apartment which we incorporated into a 24 day road trip down through France into Spain. Whilst the complex was not very full due to the economic down turn, the actual place was well kept and we felt very secure. The communal pool was just fine and whilst the local Spar supermarket was a bit pricy, the warm fresh bread each morning more than made up of that little bit more you will spend there. The access routes to and from the complex are very good which allowed us to explore the local area extensively and beyond. On the whole we had a really nice stay and would not hesitate to recommend the apartment to others.

Despite some cleanliness issues on arrival (which the owners Peter and Andrea have more than adequately dealt with) we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at ELLBEN. Having been on La Torre earlier in the year and at the far end of the complex not having to drive to the supermarket or town centre is a godsend - a five to 10 minute stroll - depending on time of day. Not all the restaurants are open and its advisable to book in advance. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need for a holiday stay and the location near the swimming pool allows you to have either company and chatting around the pool or have the solitude and privacy of the terrace and garden area. We stayed during July and the sun starts to "hit" your garden around 11:00 (you can always go outside your own garden before this) and you then have the sun all the way through until it sets - around 20:50 while we were there - a pleasant time of day to be having a BBQ and a long drink. The nearest town of Roldan offers a couple of bars and restaurants which are reasonably priced, but the beaches and Mar Menor are the pièce de résistance - only 15 minutes drive and whilst very busy its a great place to spend the day there are some excellent bars and restaurants along the coast line. Would we go again.....YES most definitely!!
