Very good, lack of basics on arrival - but happy to get bread butter and jam after a long journey. Hot water was surprisingly scarce, enough for one shower only per morning. One bike punctured but we weren't using them anyway. Pool nice and clean. Garden well tended. Two toilet rolls only, and soap only found on last day in a cupboard above fridge/freezer. Mike was very helpful and prompt with his responses to queries. We would happily return.

Excellent villa within a ten minute walk into town ,nice quiet area with views of the tombs . excellent communication with owners and would recommend staying here to anyone 😉

Absolutely loved our stay at Villa Mijas. Great location, in a quieter area of Dalyan but just a short walk into town. Nice size, clean and comfortable with everything you need (no television but no big deal unless maybe on a longer stay and want to stay in). Really lovely outside area with a good sized pool. Would definitely want to stay again (if available!).

Everything from arrival to departure was smooth, the villa had a great layout and was clean, very well equipped and great location. We had one very minor problem which was dealt with within one hour of reporting to Mike. The pool and surrounding gardens were excellent and very private, Just cannot fin d fault, thanks for a great 10 days.

Beautiful villa . Immaculate with lovely pool and garden . Mike rang before we left when I asked for advice on trips . Much appreciated and we enjoyed a road and boat trip on his recommendation with Onur. When the air conditioning failed the management team contacted Mike a new unit was needed. A member of staff bought the part needed and it was fitted until a replacement unit could be installed . A fan was provided as a back up . Excellent service . Lovely villa and a friendly attentive host . Thank you we had an amazing time .

We had a fantastic two weeks at Villa Mijas. The large pool and gardens are great with the advantage of the children’s pool section allowing them to play safely. The location is one of the best that we have stayed in over the years we have been coming to Dalyan. The walk into Dalyan for the restaurants and bars is very easy. Personally I feel that the villa would benefit from a dishwasher given that there were six of us staying at the villa. I would not hesitate to book again as Mike is always responsive and dealt with any pre hire queries promptly for us. The four stars for check in is due to lack of communication from the letting company regarding the key collection but understand that Mike has spoken to them about this.

Lovely villa in a perfect location, Great communication with owner throughout. Well maintained villa. We love Dalyan have been visiting for 15 years and this was our first stay down this end of town, 5 mins to local shop which stocks all the essentials. 5 mins to various restaurants, 10-15 min walk to main Street. We would highly recommend this villa and would definitely use again. Thanks Mike and Thanks Dalyan see you in 2025

Villa mijas was absolutely perfect for our family holiday- 4 adults and 2 children. It was clean and spacious and had every amenity we would need. We have been to Dalyan many times and the location here was perfect- very close and a short walk to restaurants and a shop and then on to the centre. The views from the villa were lovely and I'm missing waking up to the balcony. Mike was great from start to end- lots of information was sent over as soon as we booked which would be extra helpful to anyone who hasn't visited dalyan before. We had a small problem with one of the wardrobes and text Mike to notify him- it was repaired within an hour. Thank you for a perfect holiday at villa mijas- we would love to come back

First family holiday abroad, people, area, food great. Villa mijas perfect. The swimming pool is lovely. Air conditioning, very clean place. We loved it. My five year old enjoyed it so much he was sad to go. But we will be back. Thanks to Mike and Susan, the agents and the local people very hospitable.
