Wonderful place for holidays! We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks and had a great time! Great location, very clean, quiet and safe. There is everything you might need for your stay. Pool is great! Thank you very much to the owners.

Lovely villa, very clean, super big pool. Everything you could need.
Unfortunatley a number of things on the not so good side, its on a flight path, so jet engines at 6am! The neighbourhood (section 8 / DHSS) not so nice, I wouldnt feel that safe walking at night, large family next door watching you when you come and go, and noted eyeing up my 11 year old daughter. Small dog constanstly yapping most of the day. Parking not so good, a lot! of cars owed by next door, we got blocked in more than once.

Just an updat e with regard to the neighbours and the parking issue. I have spoken to the homeowners association and they have advised me that it is a new family that have moved in and they have been issued with a notice regarding the number of vehicles allowed and the correct parking procedures. They have advised me that if they do not adhere to this the vehicles will be towed. I have spoken to the guests who are currently staying at the villa and they have stated that there are no problems with regard to this issue.

The house was lovely. Very clean and well appointed and the pool was great. The area is quite nice and not to far to shops. There were only a couple of minor things that werent made clear in the online add. There were no pool towells and the Play Station is a PS1. Not really problems just would have helped to have known beforehand so we knew to pack towells and not to bring PS2 games. Everything else was as described and the new Scooby Doo bed was a big hit. I have already recommended this house to a friend.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for letting us stay at your Villa, Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it, and the place was more that we could ask for.
Credit to the people who look after it as it was Spotless everywhere. And just the best location, The kids loved the large pool and managed to be in there every day.
I will definitely recommend to friends and family and when we come to Florida again we will definitely be staying with you (if not booked up)

"Cracking villa in a perfect location for attractions, set in a gated community just off the 192 and absolutely perfect for us all. 6 of us stayed for 2 weeks and there was room for spare still, loved the pool and spa, could have stayed in there all day! We would return in a flash, rooms were all lovely, especially the themed ones, the villa was very clean and well looked after throughout. Cannot wait to come again one day, thanks again! "
