We had an amazing time at the villa...like a home from home. Everything was as described. Having your own pool and a games room was invaluable. The management team were excellent. Highly recommend this villa.

A really lovely villa. Close to club house of high grove. A really secure feeling gated community. Comfortable beds loads of space in the villa. Pool was a lovely place to chill in the evening. Games room was good for kids to entertain themselves. 20 minute drive to Disney. We had a very nice enjoyable 2 weeks at Rays villa. Slight problem with safe code when we turned up. This was sorted in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this villa if you’re thinking of staying in Florida for Disney parks. Thanks Ray a really great 2 weeks.

Overall we had a great stay, the location is ideal for the parks and there are plenty of shops and restaurants around the area. Some even walking distance. The house itself is spacious, comfy beds and great amenities. The only slight negative for us was that we booked the villa with the understanding that it was level access for a wheelchair throughout. Unfortunately, we found that although all the rooms are on one floor the showers and entrance/exits had a step - making it awkward for a wheelchair user. We feel this could be reflected in the advert and perhaps better photos would help :)

Lovely property, clean and well presented, pool was a great feature, excellent area which was close enough to everything we needed but quiet enough to relax when needed. Would definitely stay again if visiting and would highly recommend to anyone else. Very pleased overall.

It was everything we could have hoped for and great value for money. Already booked again for next year.

The property was exactly as described on Clickstay. It was well maintained, clean and spacious. The complex that it was part of is quiet and peaceful. We choose to have the pool heated and it was lovely. It was very close to everything we wanted to do and there are 2 golf courses within a 5 minute drive. There was a problem with the flush in one of the toilets which when reported the maintenance guy attended and fixed within 15 minutes. The pub just outside the gates of the complex was so handy and friendly and the food was good. The instructions from the airport were excellent but as our car rental was offsite from the airport we tried to put address and Zip code into the sat nav and it was not recognised. We discovered that the pub address and code was recognised so we stored it. We travel to Florida regularly and would not hesitate to book this house again. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay in Highgrove. The villa is ideally located just off the 192 with just a short drive to Disney and International Drive. The villa itself had everything you could ask for including a lovely west facing pool/patio area allowing for wonderful views of the sunset every night. Ray was a brilliant host, quick to respond and very flexible. We even had to rearrange flights due to hurricane Dorian but Ray was extremely helpful and flexible in ensuring we would not miss out any days from our stay. We could not recommend this villa enough and will definitely return here in the future.

We had a fantastic time in your lovely villa , it was well equipped and we had the best time ever. After a full day out it was great to come back to the villa and chill by the pool , the games room was an added bonus . We found it spacious enough for our group of two families 4 adults 1 teenager and two under 10 s . I thought the location was great, close to the Clubhouse and play area . We could not fault a thing and would highly recommend . Lesley , Barrie , Anthony , Jenna , Spencer , Logan and Luka . Hadgraft .

We have stayed in High Grove many times and Ray's villa stands amongst the best yet. It was immaculately clean, very well furnished, extremely comfortable and excellently located. Communication with Ray was excellent and he was extremely helpful. One very minor issue with the Dryer was quickly dealt with by Darren who conveniently was cleaning the pool at the time. We are already looking at next year, and hopefully once we've sorted out our dates, we will have no hesitation in staying at 510 again.
