We had a fantastic stay at the villa. The location is so convenient - less than 10 mins walk into the centre of Calis and the promenade. If you walk in the opposite direction of Calis for less than 5 mins there are also another few roads of lovely restaurants and bars that we had never discovered on our four previous trips to Calis. There is a mini-market less than a minute around the corner that has fresh bread daily and the usual beers, wines, cupboard food etc to save trips to the big supermarkets. The villa itself was lovely and very clean. Everything was provided as specified including pool/beach towels. There is also a water fountain in the kitchen which was so convenient compared to carrying large bottles of water back in the heat. The management company were super-responsive and replied to all my queries within minutes - amazing customer service. The only slight draw-back for us is that the pool is completely in the shade from around 4pm - we are big sun lovers, so would have preferred to stay in the pool until around sunset each day if it were still in the sun. Apart from this we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the villa.

Just returned after spending 4 weeks at Peach Rose Villa , and our vacation was amazing the Villa was perfect location with a short walk to the beach and restaurants but further enough away for quite evenings sleep was never a problem. The Villa had everything that we needed and on many occasions we cooked our evening meal without a problem . I have to say the use of the bikes was an added bonus for us bike lovers , cycling into Fethiye was the best time ever and if you got lazy the water taxi took the bikes also. Calis is a fantastic base for getting to surrounding areas to visit . Pool man Addie cleaned the pool on regular visits . We would definitely book this Villa again and would highly recommend it to others the agency Rainbow Properties who are based in the town were always on hand which is reassuring . It was not clear that the apartment was on the third /fourth floor which was a problem for us due to mobility issues. Also it is on a busy road with a lot of traffic which made it noisy. We also felt that it was not as clean as it could have been, particularly the bathrooms. On the plus side, the grounds are lovely and the pool one of the best we have come across; Nadir, the gardener, was lovely and very helpful; having the Dolmus practically outside the door was also very convenient and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this apartment to younger families.

The property itself is very spacious with a delightful pool area and lovely surroundings and could be perfect but for a couple of issues that mean we wouldn't re book; 1. Air Conditioning - The air conditioning units have a 2 hour time limit after which they shut off and require a re-start. Having stayed at this villa in peak summer (where most days the temperature peaked at nearly 45 degrees and at night it didn't drop much below 25) 2 hours air con at a time is not sufficient. Owing to the excessive heat we were awake every few hours during the night having to re-set the air con which not only meant I/my partner had disturbed sleep but unfortunately, owing to the loud beeping noise which accompanied the resetting of the units, also meant our friends sleeping in the room above also had disturbed sleep (and vice versa). 2. Pool Pump - Similar to the Air-Con the pump on the pool also appeared to operate on a timer meaning that we had to regularly de-bug and clean the pool ourselves during the day. The pool is cleaned daily in the morning but within just a few hours it would be full of bugs again.

We loved the location only 10 mins walk from centre but still very quiet fabulous villa like a home from home this was the 5th time we have been to this area would not hesitate booking this villa again it was fabulous. Ian & Elma simpson

Excellent! The communication with the agent was very good. Villa was clean and well equiped(the fridge and the washing machine needs some intervention thou). The surroundings peaceful and nice. The only...let’s say...unpleasant thing was that at 7:45PM the neighbor next to the villa, across the pool, came out and told the kids to finish, as the printed program of the villa was until 9:00 pm. The problem was not this...but the attitude. He looked very upset. This is a minor situation, but the next should know that this neighbor(that it seems it lives there) is a little grumpy. All the rest: Excellent!

We had booked a slightly larger villa,but this was withdrawn only weeks before we were due to fly. Clickstay and the property managers,were absolutely brilliant in assisting us to secure this villa. The property is quite a distance from the beach/resort front and can be a difficult walk,especially for small children in the hot weather. The villa is well appointed with pool,WiFi,and Xbox fantastic for our four boys. Victoria at the agency was fantastic in dealing with any issues that occurred, everything sorted quickly and efficiently. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent from start to finish. Beautiful villa with a private pool that was cleaned daily. A lovely peaceful area not far from the front but did include a walk down a dark dirt track to get home at night. The management team were professional and friendly and sorted a couple of minor issues within hours. I would highly recommend this accommodation for both couples and families. We will definitely be returning.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Seaside residence is a beautiful complex. Just across the road is the beach and hop.on a dolmus just outside the gate and within 10 mins you are in Calis where the promenade is packed with lovely restaurants. Turn left at the bridge when you get off dolmus and have a steak at Meeting Point restaurant...you wont taste better! This was our 2nd stay at Seaside and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

we have just returned from 3 lovely weeks in turkey it is probably the best holiday we have ever had the pool was superb the water fountain was very well used the beach was pleasant and the town in calis had everything you could possibly want if you were on holiday. We ate in and we ate out and we ordered takeaway all of which were value for money and tasty. We visited two water parks and the kids loved them. We never saw a cloud in the sky for the whole three weeks and it was hot hot hot!! With a little luck we will find ourselves back again next year
