We loved our stay at Villa Kevanne. The house is great, all the bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was quiet. Downstairs everything was set up for the family to eat well and relax. The pool is brilliant with the sun keeping it warm all day. The BBQ area is lovely to sit outside in the evening. The house setting is very peaceful and private. The only downside is that the decor is very simple and there is no Wifi. However, phone reception is excellent so we used that instead. We loved the local beaches and restaurants - which were 20-30 mins drive away. We had a lovely welcome from Chris and Biserka had provided all the shopping items we asked for which was really useful because we arrived quite late.

This is our third stay at the villa and we will definitely be back. The main attraction for us is the large pool with excellent privacy and endless peace to enjoy. The house is in a rural village which may not suit everyone but exactly what we like. We were greeted on arrival with some lovely essentials to start our stay. And check out was equally as easy. The house is very spacious with everything you could need. We also regularly enjoy the outdoor cooking/bbq area when we are there.

Amazing villa with everything you need. This was our second stay. And we will definitely be back. The pool is the best part for us. Excellent service when arriving (in the middle of the night and delayed!) with Beserker waiting on us with keys and some food items. Excellent communication before and during our stay. The villa is absolutely perfect! We stayed 2 weeks in the villa and everything was spot on. Excellent service from Biserka, nice location, well maintained and nice swimming pool - there is nothing else you can dream of. Thank you Kevin and Biserka!

This Villa is just what the doctor ordered. We went here for 2 weeks as a party of 5 and had a great time. the Villa is Modern and has everything you need. The only thing it was with out was WiFi but that did not become an issue for us. We where met at the Airport By Biseeka who we then followed after collecting our car hire the the villa. She took me through what I needed to know and left us to enjoy our holiday. We had a couple of issues but we got in touch with Biseeka and the issues where dealt with very fast. The pool is great with a deep end of about 5 foot 6 inch and a separate shallow end for the little ones which we did not need but nice to chill out in. The Villa is in the country so you will get the normal insects around related to that. Points to note is that the Villa is in a small local villa of Kitka which does not have much there the local shop is very basic. If you are after nightlife and parties this is not for you. Unless you intend to do nothing but sit by the pool I would recommend car hire. There is a big american fridge freeze so stocking up with food from a supermarket in Varna was not an issue. There is lots to do around Varna because I was new to Bulgaria I uses google maps to point out places to see. The coast is only 20 minutes drive a way and the cost of you holiday once there is low. when we eat out the price ranged from £15 per person for 3 courses and a drink to £3 for a main course and a drink. All in all we had a wonderful 2 weeks and would recommend this villa to anyone who would not be bothered about being in the sticks. We will be considering it again in the future.

Great place to stay, very peaceful, plenty of room, lovely pool. We visited with 3 teenagers and was definitely worth paying a little more to have the pool heated. Outside eating area was a real bonus. Plenty of places to visit though you do need a car. Managers really friendly and helpful, definitely hope to visit again.

Everything was fantastic! Great check in! Great property, nice pool which was maintained. Garden is big and of a normal Bulgarian grass so quite jaggy. But well enough maintained.

We had a great holiday here. The villa is very clean and well maintained and Biserka was really helpful with directions, meeting us and getting us some basic shopping. What was really welcoming was that the house was stocked with some basic supplies - salt, pepper, oil, herbs and spices, tea and coffee, dishwasher tablets etc rather than just bare cupboards. The pool was lovely and maintained weekly. The villa is isolated, located in quiet Kitka in the forest, so we needed the car with Sat Nav, but Varna for shopping and the beach (with beach bars and sunbeds but not crowded) and river are all within less than half an hour, with Golden Sands and Sunny Beach around and hour away. The outdoor BBQ room was fantastic and our 2 weeks flew by - thanks for a great holiday

The villa could not have been better. It was clean, modern and plenty of room for our family of 9 (2 couples and their 5 teenage children). The pool was fantastic and there was plenty of room for us all outside and on the vast terraces. (particularly good sunset views from one of them). Having had holidays in Spain, Bulgaria was a new experience for us and one we would like to experience again. The village of Kitka will always stay in our hearts. Admittedly, nothing to do there but enjoy a gentle stroll around. It almost had a going back in time feel, right from the quaint bulgarian locals and their houses to the cows wearing bells. The local shop was basic but adequate. Travelling further afield, we used a mixture of a hire car and taxis. The taxis were reasonable and Ivan and his son were most reliable and almost became our tour guides for the holiday. Varna city (25mins away) was a lovely contrast to Kitka and had a pleasant vibrant feel with plenty of bars and interesting shops and a lovely beach. We also visited other beaches and areas of interest. Just to mention one other feature the outside barbecue area was fantastic and we spent many an enjoyable evening there with our bulgarian folk music cd, soaking up the atmosphere. We cant reccommend it enough. How I wish we were still there!!
