great location as close to bars, restaurants, watersports and supermarkets + cash machine approx 5 minutes walk away.

I have just returned from Villa Annie, where I was on holiday with a large group (11 of us). The accommodation suited our needs perfectly. We found the villa to be spacious, clean, well appointed and close to all amenities. Ken, our concierge at the villa, provided a first-class service. He was useful, helpful, friendly but never intrusive. His advice on places to eat and places to visit made the trip much more enjoyable. Hell explain how to get to all the local markets for the best fresh food. He has a list of fine restaurants that range in price, and has links in the local community that ensure a first-class deal... No problem was too big or small. For example, one of the toilets was playing up and Ken had it fixed within hours. A friendly pool man visited every other day to keep the pool clean. There was also a maintenance manager on hand too. The villa has a private beach and this is cleaned daily. There are also water-sports and a beach bar close by. A local shop carries a few essentials but for more comprehensive shopping there is Kippa, a huge supermarket just 10 mins away. A local bus (Dalmas) to Kippa will cost 1.5TL. A Dalmas into Kusudasi town costs 2TL (60p). Our group comprised friends and family, with a big range in ages, however the villa and the location worked for all of us. One downside was the disco from the local hotel. This could be too noisey for some people...Otherwise i would recommend this villa unreservedly

We all thought the property was amazing, everything was as stated and somethings even better, the view was amazing.

Lovely Villa and ideal for a large number of people. There are always a few issues with rental properties and this is my list, which I hope will be dealt with for the future. They are really only issues because of the number of people that can stay there. First issue is that the solar water system cannot cope and the electric immersion heater did not work properly, though we asked for it to be fixed. Second problem is that a dishwasher is advertised, but there is none. Third, the BBQ is tiny and therefore our party of 9 couldnt BBQ our food. We were very disappointed about the BBQ and fed up with washing up!!!! Overall a lovely villa and excellent back up from the office in Kusadasi. Finally, it may be petty, but there were no plugs in the washbasins, which is typical for turkey, so take your own.

WE RECENTLY STAYED AT VILLA TURQUOISE, EIGHT OF US WENT CELEBRATING TWO SPECIAL BIRTHDAYS. AS THERE WERE ONLY TWO COUPLES IT WAS IMPORTANT THAT WE ALL HAD OUR OWN SPACE AND BATHROOMS, THE VILLA COULDNT HAVE BEEN BETTER IN THIS RESPECT. IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND TIDY, MODERN AND WELL DECORATED. I ARRANGED TRANSPORT FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE VILLA THROUGH THE HOLIDAY COMPANY, IT WAS SPACIOUS AND WELL DRIVEN. THE MANAGER ARDA WAS AT THE VILLA TO GREET US AND COULDNT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL, THROUGHOUT OUR WEEKS HOLIDAY HE ARRANGED ANYTHING WE WANTED TO DO AND WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT FOR US. HE ALSO GAVE US THE NAME OF A TAXI DRIVER CALLED AHMET, HE WAS ALWAYS ON TIME AND MOST HELPFUL. THE ENTERTAINMENT FACILITIES AT THE VILLA WERE EXCELLENT AND ENJOYED BY ALL OF US. A WONDERFUL WEEK!

The property (Villa Turquoise) was EXCELLENT. Most definitely exceeded mine & our groups expectations. I would highly recommend this property to my family & friends. Very well suited to families with youngsters. Our youngest group member was 1.5years old. We miss the proerty already!!! Staff and Representatives of this property are very friendly and helpful and very much on the ball. The sort of staff and people you need around when on holiday.. excellent!!! Booking through Villa Renters is simply, friendly and safe, plus you are always very well informed and kept up to date. Peace of mind, expecially for a large family holiday.

Great Villa in excellent location

Villa was as good as we were promised. Transportation and other things worked as agreed. Staff, Barry and "security man" were excellent. And Ken, of course. One little negative thing, drain did not work always properly. But we fiquired that it`s common in Turkey. We really enjoyed our holiday!
