Larger than average 2 bedroom apartment, great position on outer top corner Villamartin Plaza. Has interesting art work and decorative large lanterns but mind your head! Small lift up to floor below, with short run of steps up to apartment. Nice outside space, private solarium with bbq, attractive plants, not overlooked, off master bedroom. Open plan kitchen lounge and dinning area, with views on 3 sides, La Zenia beach and sea in the distance 10-15 mins by car. Property has two bathrooms, toilet bath and shower, reasonable condition could do with updating. Attractive pool area for residents only. Plaza has great choice of restaurants some with live music, football and other sports. Guests staying here have 10% off at some participating restaurants. La Zenia shopping centre 10 minute drive away open most of the year round, great choice of shops, restaurants, bars and supermarket. Plenty of parking next to Plaza and ideally suited for golfing or family holiday. Highly recommended, would be pleased to go back, staff managing property very helpful and easy to contact.

Very spacious one bed apartment. Large balcony overlooking the Plaza. Good value for money. Well equipped kitchen. Very easy and straightforward check in and check out.

Location very good. Close toany great places. We didn't rent a car so took taxi and enjoyed our holiday to closest places. Area where house located is great and easy to access, neighbourhood great, quite and friendly, outside area great just needed to update a bit of table which was very wobbly and dated. Enjoyed our stay would rent again

it is with regret that the property was not up to standard, broken glass found in downstairs bed room ,downstairs toilet door handle broken, sun loungers 1 broken other not much better really need updated, sun parasol broken but was replaced when requested area good but front hedge blocks out view but gives privacy could do with trimmed back to give more space at table. pool area was okay and pool good.

Excellent apartment in a great location, exactly what we were looking for. Pool area fantastic, very quiet which was lovely. Would definitely go again.

i had an amazing stay here, casey and brian were so helpful everything went so smoothly and according to plan absolutley no issues. the apartment was clean, had everything you needed, and was so pretty! it made me feel like i was in mamma mia! loved the stay here- the plaza location was perfect, amazing atmosphere, too. location in villamartin was perfect, only a taxi ride or a scooter ride away from everything we needed. would definitely stay here again in the future, thank you casey and brian!

We had a wonderful weekend break at the Villa. Our plane was delayed but the agent still arrived late at night to greet us. We were a group of 3 couples and the property was perfect for us with each double room having it’s own en-suite bathroom. The plaza it’s just a 3 minute walk away and has many choices of places to eat with a supermarket and taxi rank there as well. The property is ideal for groups of friends or families.
