Another fantastic time at Villa Diana. Desree always at the end of a phone for anything we wanted. Pete, the owner, has been great with any communication. The gardens and pool area’s well tended and the villa has everything anyone can need, along with the bikes. The villa is in a very quiet area of Calis, next to local Turkish people, We have always enjoyed our stay at Villa Diana and would recommend the villa and the area.

2nd time we've been and won't be the last. Completely home from home. Located perfectly, everything you need within walking distance, excursions pick you up from villa gates. Desree on hand 24/7. Great contact with pete. Can't rate highly enough. Only problem was that we had to leave!!

Another fantastic 16 nights at Villa Diana. The grounds were clean and well maintained the pool man did an amazing job everyday he came. The villa was clean and welcoming and the pool was amazing especially when the temperatures reached 40+ degrees. There was great wifi and good to watch netflix's especially when we were poorly. We had great communication from Pete and the support from Desree was spot on. Her, and her husband went above and beyond to help when 2 of us were unwell. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts. Desree made some amazing recommendations for dinner. Villa Aspava was our favorite. There are some lovely cats who visited and greeted us when we came back everyday around the villa. We can not wait to come back in July 2027 for our next adventures in Villa Diana and Calis Beach.

Another fantastic stay at villa Diana if your looking for a home from home vacation then this place is perfect complete privacy with a short 15mins walk to shops, restaurants and beach would highly recommend

It's a lovely spacious house 🏠 with really beautiful plants in the garden. It's well equipped and in a good location 10 minutes walk from the beach. The views are stunning with the sea, islands and mountains. There are bikes to ride with some good cycle paths. The promenade has many good restaurants, bars and shops. We went on a 12 island boat trip which was spectacular. I really recommend this property 👌

Villa and pool where really nice short walk to beach and restaurants would definitely stay again.

We have just got home from a week in Calis at Villa Diana, and wish we could of stayed for longer! The communication with Peter was excellent, and the airport transfers worked perfectly. Despite our flight being delayed and us not arriving at the villa until nearly midnight, Desree was still there to meet us in person. The layout of the villa worked perfectly for us as a group of 8 adults. It had everything you needed for a relaxing week away, and the pool and gardens were lovely. The neighbours behind the villa were very friendly and even gave us olives from their trees! And we loved the resident cats that greeted us every morning! From the goats across the road, to the sounds of the cockerels crowing, and the calls from the Mosque, you really do feel a million miles away from the hassles of UK life! We've been lucky enough to stay in Calis many times over the years, and absolutely love it. We did have some initial reservations about the villa's location, but there was absolutely no need to worry. There is a Migros supermarket only about 10 minutes walk away, and a coffee shop & bakery. Then probably about the same walk again to the main town and restaurants. We tended to stroll one way and then taxi back, as it was very hot in August, but even that wasn't always necessary. You do have a very busy road to cross when walking into town or to the beach, but again not really an issue. There is a half way point to cross one lane safely at a time, and we managed it with no issues. There are lots of useful contact numbers on the fridge in the villa, and we managed to successfully whattsapp the water delivery man, who delivered us some more water for the dispenser! And we ordered a Chinese takeaway one evening to be delivered, which we ate outside in the garden with all the beautiful garden lights and candles. Would highly recommend using Fethiye Lovers to book any trips. We've used them many times and they seemed by far the best priced (if you pay in £!) This time we went on the 12 island boat trip and also went quad biking. Both were brilliant fun, and they offer door to door service picking you up right outside the villa. If you don't want a full on trip, then even just taking the water taxi across from Calis to Fethiye is really enjoyable. It's fairly cheap, takes about 30 minutes and much nicer than a car journey! They run until about 11:30pm in the summer too, so brilliant if you want to hop over for dinner and back. We miss Turkey already, and would absolutely love to return to Calis and Villa Diana again next year!!!

Absolutely fantastic like home from home everything you needed was here, we ate out most nights a short 10 to 15 min walk to town but as it was so hot we ordered a taxi from the tuguy hotel round the corner, contact with Peter before we arrived was fantastic and while there deseree couldn't do enough to help even helping with a takeaway order the night we stayed in, would highly recommend this villa and can't wait to return
