The apartment was kept very clean by Tracey. The contents e.g cutlery ,crockery and pans were very limited . We did not like having to share our key box with the next apartment. The whole of the complex could do with a bit of refurbish.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here, it is fantastic and more than meets all our needs. The communication with the owner, the housemaids are exceptional, we feel like we are at home here and have already booked for 2020. Cant wait. The location is perfect, even with no car you are within walking distance to beach and St Lawrence Gap..... Just perfect.

Firstly let me say many thanks to the following people . Angela ( property manager ) who met us on arrival , and showed us round and explained the ins and outs etc .Also available 24 hrs Then we have our Domestic technical dream team of Tracey and Krystal ( Krystal being the daughter of Tracey ). They were a delight to be around and nothing was a problem for them, sadly Tracey liked to sing ( sadly not very well ) only kidding Tracey . The villa is only a 20 minute walk away from Oistins and its local fish market. Famous for Friday nights fish fry with tourists mixing with the locals for a great night ,of food and entertainment. You can eat there from Tuesday through to Saturday night. Also there is a local supermarket and garage ,bank and a few other shops etc. Nearest beach is only a 10 minute walk . On the junction with the main road and Fairholme road there is a local bar and eatery called Breezers .Its worth noting that if you are going by taxi back to Affinity villas to remember to turn at the bar onto Fairholme road the villa is on the right hand side at 3rd Avenue . The pool area and its covered Gazeebo is an asset to the villa, the pool is a good size but in the pictures it looks a little larger than it is.The Gazeebo holds 2 bar b ques and 2 dining tables and chairs ,with lights for the evenings etc .This is a good place to cool down and chill with a beer . Apt 2 has good sized patio with a small table and chair ,again good for eating on or just sitting back with a brew etc. The kitchen area is in a large room with a table and chairs ( that serve no purpose ) . A better choice may have been a dining table and chairs /stools along with a couple of wall shelves for bits and bobs etc. The tv and hi fi system we did not use .The wi fi was another plus . All in all we had a great stay and a good time at Affinity villas ,we even checked out next year dates ,sadly they were all booked up . We will go back soon ( as long as Tracey has had singing lessons ) if you are looking for a quiet base and safe neighbourhood this is It . Oistins one side and the lively St Lawrance gap on the other, and a pretty good bus service both ways . ENJOY . Keith and Lynda UK PS MY RATING OF 4 STAR ON THE CLEANLINESS IS NO REFLECTION NO THE CLEANERS, PURELY FROM A COSMETIC VIEW

The place was very clean and well kept, great neighbors and in walking distance of what we needed. Great communication with the owner and the added bonus of a friendly cat to feed and cuddle. Can’t wait to go back.

So firstly I would like to say that Angela is great at what she does. She dealt with any of my enquiries professionally and mostly got back to me in a timely manner. She was there when I checked in and came to visit me before I checked out. The villa is clean and a cleaner comes to the property twice a week to change and clean whatever is required. She was brilliant and always easy to talk to if we ever needed anything. The only slight problem was that the toothbrush holder cup and the soap dish were not very clean and there were no cleaning products in the villa (bleach, toilet cleaner, washing up liquid, counter spray, cloths or sponges) to be able to clean up with which I found odd. I did make a request for these items to be supplied to which the owners said yes eventually only it was a little too late as I'd already bought them when I was initially told they weren't provided. We left cleaning items behind which hopefully whoever is in there next can benefit from. The villa is not huge but it's big enough especially as we didn't spend much time in there. The outside space is great. The only downside was that the people who occupied the villas next to us smoked an awful lot and often there was smoke ash on the outside patio and sometimes it was off-putting to sit out there more often than I did because of them smoking there. However the guys there were lovely when I mentioned it and made a few changes. Facilities were fine. I'm grateful that there was a local phone with a sim that you could use to make local calls. I just needed to top it up with credit which was easy enough. When I first arrived I had to go straight to the supermarket to get food etc, so just as a heads up to anyone else staying there. If you can go to the store to get what you need, even if it's take away, before arriving at the villa. The people in taxis are quite accommodating and will usually stop for you to get something on the way. Otherwise, you'll have to make another trip out like I did when I arrived which I would have rather not done after such a long flight. Overall the villa is situated in a place that is easy to get to from the airport. It's a short walk to the beach and buses to get to other places on the island and I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others to do so.
