Our family had an amazing time at Villa Alexia. Actually it was our second stay at Villa Alexia and that alone says everything about the villa. The new bright colours of the kitchen and living room furniture even made our second stay better. The communication before and during our stay with Ellie and Barbara (property manager on site) was always very nice, helpful and without any delays. The villa is very spacious and the beautifully landscaped outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired. We really lacked nothing in terms of equipment. The absolute highlight of the villa for us (especially our 2 boys) was the heated pool. Especially in April, the pool heating (+30 degrees) ensured that we could splash around in the pool every day without any freezing. The villa is located in a very quiet residential area with other holiday villas. There is nothing else to see in the residential area itself, but overall the location is perfect for excursions in the surrounding area, the great city of Paphos can be reached in 20 minutes. In the small neighboring village of Kouklia (10min) there are several great tavernas, the Akamas peninsula with the gorge of the same name and the Blue Lagoon can also be reached in 30-40min. The Aphrodite Rock is practically on the doorstep... Overall we can absolutely recommend Villa Alexia.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Alexia. The villa and heated pool were fantastic and the boys (4 and 8) spent hours in the pool! The area was great for exploring....everything we wanted was within a half hour drive. The owners were very helpful answering our queries in the lead up to our holiday and everything went very smoothly from start to finish. We definitely recommend this villa and we hope to book again soon.

Lovely stay

We had a great time at villa Alexia for the second year running as it is well kept and spacious with a good sized pool which has the option of being heated.We will be looking to go back again in the future and would recommend as it is also good value for money.

Villa Alexia is an ideal holiday villa for families. It is situated in a beautiful area and it’s location is perfect to enjoy the many delights of Cyprus. We fell in love with Villa Alexia and Cyprus. We will be coming back.

Having stayed in a few villas I have to say Alexia ranks at the top of the list as it is very clean and well maintained with all the facilities you will need for a holiday base.Communications with the owner and service from the property management team on Cyprus were excellent,i would definitely recommend a stay here.

A wonderful holiday house ! This was our first visit to Cyprus and to the villa. We had a warm welcome by Bill and Kathy. Bill picked us up from the airport because we arrived in the night and I was afraid to drive in a strange country on the wrong side of the road (we are Dutch). Our rented car was brought to us the next morning by Andy Philipps, a very good rental company in Paphos. A great service ! The villa was all we had dreamt of, the weather was wonderful (about 25*), the pool was great and the water was warm enough for our 2 kids to play in. The villa is well equipped and even has lots of toys for kids and toys for in the pool. Lots of DVD's for kids and the parents too ! Upstairs a bookcase full with books. The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of closets for clothing etc. We enjoyed picking oranges and lemons of our own tree in the garden and I have never had such sweet and tasteful oranges before ! The villa is situated on a hill and from the balcony you can see the sea. The area is very quiet and peaceful. Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort is near the villa where we went often to play (also minigolf), shop in the supermarket (expensive), had dinner or coffee. There is a creche there where you can bring your kids for a few hours. My grandson of 5 yrs played there a few times for 1 hour and he enjoyed it immensely although he doest"t speak English of course, but it went well. Bonamare Beachbar is a nice place, 15 min. drive from villa Alexia, where you can have a drink or eat lunch and the kids can play on the beach (most sandy). Very friendly service and good prices there. This was one of the best holidays we ever had and we definitely want to come back to villa Alexia !

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus alexia.unsere 9 jährigen Kinder haben besonders die ruhige Sackgasse genossen.das hieß nämlich,das sie auf der Straße spielen konnten,ohne auf Autos achten zu müssen. Wir wurden wunderbar betreut und hatten eine sehr nette Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort.die Location der Villa war für unsere Ansprüche gut .ein Auto ist absolut notwendig .supermärkte und Restaurants sind innerhalb von ca 15 Minuten bequem zu erreichen. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet ,könnte allerdings neue küchenUtensilien gebrauchen. Wir hatten eine etwas größere Rasenfläche im Garten erwartet. Wir waren trotzdem zufrieden und haben uns alle wunderbar erholt.

We had the best stay at villa Alexia. We have three children under 3 and the vast amount of toys and child-friendly details in the villa were a lifesaver! Wewere able to relax by the pool as they were occupied and the pool is also ideal due to Roman steps. The gardens were gorgeous so well maintained and pool cleaned by Bill once per week. Bill and Kathy who manage property were amazing and so accommodating. The living space was roomy, bedrooms also plenty of room and clothes space as this is usually an issue when abroad. The Location was great also. Close to Aphrodite Hills for facilities such as costas, playground and restaurants but also lots of lovely towns nearby for some Cypriot cooking. We loved Kouklia and Pissouri village also. Will definitely return here as perfect property for a family or even group of people. Would highly recommend!
