For some reason did not get the appartment booked. We were on the first floor with a balcony, which was okay but had limited head room upstairs, being on the tall side this was a painful inconvenience. Also being British we like a cup of tea now and again and this premises did not have a kettle so we had to boil water in a pan, not the end of the world and its your electric.

Apartment was clean, tidy & in a great location. With 32 aprtments round the pool it was not too busy. All the theme parks around lake garda are with a 20 minute drive so great for kids. Only observation is that a bit more local info could be provided in the apartment on nearest supermarket, chemist etc as reception has very short opening hours

We enjoyed our stay. Ellie was particularly helpful and friendly. She kindly arranged to do some laundry on one occasion. The pool was good. The description of the property said there was an oven but there was only a microwave oven and a hob. Reference was also made to internet availability but this was not so. The distance to the lake was a little further than we expected. You certainly need a car to get around and we enjoyed using the apartment as a base. The bells were quite a feature of the holiday. We were in the property when there was a festival of the Madonna which was fascinating.

We had a wonderful time. Great value for money and excellent location. We were extremely well looked after and the hospitality was fantastic. We would highly recommend this property for anyones next Lake Garda holiday and we cant wait to return!

the villa over looks lake garda the veiw is breath taking , the property has everything you need for a self catering holiday, the swimming pool was great for everyone, the appartment was very clean and spacious,and the owners are very helpful, would definatley go back there.

An excellent bright, clean, airy appartment with fantastic views. A nice welcome from the owner. An excellent base for our week to which it was wonderful to return after our day trips (Venice, Sirmione, Monte Baldo). We swam at Toscolano-Maderno and enjoyed walks along the front at Salo. We were slightly confused by the address which is given as Via Panoramica but the actual turning is signed Strada Panoramica. We were soon back on track after a call to the owner and settled in very quickly. A very successful holiday.
