If you’re looking for peace and quiet, plenty of space, a big pool and stunning views - this villa has it all! In fact the photos and description don’t truly demonstrate how big the pool is and the beauty of the gardens :-) The villa is very well appointed with comfortable beds. Only minor criticism is due to the remote location, the WiFi is very weak. Location is ideal if you’re looking to spend time in Stegna, Tsambika and Charaki - all within ten mins drive. Car essential to get up to the villa. Lindos, Rhodes town and airport all within 40 mins drive. Royal Blue beach (Stegna) is stunning. Tsambika nice but very very busy. Would recommend hiring a boat from Dream Boat in Stegna to find some quiet idyllic bays (avoid Yammas boats, they won’t allow you within 200m of the shore). Kozas Stegna is the best fish and seafood restaurant in the area (we tried many).

Our extended family enjoyed a great week at Villa Los Olivos. The pool and the views were amazing and the layout of the property was so well thought out. Everyone had their own space and there were plenty of areas to sit out in the shade. The beds were comfy, great air conditioning and mosquito nets (although we didn't really have any issues with mosquitos all week). The kitchen was really well equipped and it was great to be able to drink filtered water straight from the tap rather than having to buy bottled water. One thing to be aware of is that there are loads of wasps (which live in the rocks) at dawn and dusk. Every evening just as we were sitting down for dinner we were bombarded! By 8:30 they have all gone. There were a few inflatables at the villa for us to use as well as padda bat for the beach. We ventured down to the beach at the bottom of the mountain behind the villa - we are glad that we went to see what it was like but were happy not to go back as it was very pebbly and not that clean - although there was a lovely big tree on the beach for shade. We went to a great Taverna recommended to us by the owner in Embona. We did the day trip to Halki and ventured over to the east coast to Tsampiki beach (amazing and not a pebble in sight - perfect for the children). Otherwise days were spend around the pool enjoying some lovely home cooked food. We did pop down to the beach next to Jonny's Taverna - it was perfect at the start and end of the day as the crowds had gone and you could get a (free) sunbed. its another pebbly beach but the water is lovely and you can watch people jump off the rocks/cliffs into. We would love to return - it was a perfect villa for a family holiday and nice to be away from the touristy areas of the island (mainly on the East coast)

We had a fantastic week in the villa. The property was exactly as described. We were met by Tina who supplied us with locally made snacks. Tina gave us information on local shops and amenities which was very helpful and accurate as her knowledge of the area is astounding. The local village was very friendly and welcoming and had just enough shops, restaurants, bakeries, butchers... for us for the week. We definitely will look at returning to this part of Rhodes again.

This is even better than the advert, a fantastic villa for our group of nine friends. Beautiful big garden with BBQ, lots of little places to hang out. Close to the beach and the best resteraunt in Rhodes (Manopolis) is two minutes away. It also has wifi !!! We all loved it. We loved Rhodes, a great hiking destination if you are that way inclined. Also its only a 15 minute drive to the airport. You can reach any part of the island in an hour from Faliraki, we went every where. A brilliant villa and a fantastic island.

Excellent location away from the mass tourism, yet within 15 mins of Lindos. Beach in front of the house provided nice views, but less suitable for staying with kids for full day (no facilities, quite some pebbles). Was worth the money in particular because none of the neighboring houses was occupied. House itself was nicely laid out, well maintained and very clean. Also a very nice welcome package from the owner.

We were a group of ten people and we had a wonderfull holiday in the house, espesially outside in the sitting areas.

A large home in the perfect spot inside the Old Town. Also has a large garden that was amazing to see in such a place which could be improved by planting a lawn. Claudia was very helpful and met us on arrival. We were 2 couples, the property could easily have catered for 3 couples. It was lovely to be right next to the old wall and we enjoyed wandering the streets after all of the tourists had departed. A magical experience.

the house was nice and clean, whith all amenties as described. The owner Annika was very nice and available. She left fruits and drinks in the fridge for us at our arrival. The position of the house was the best for us. You need a car or scooters anyway (we had both). Beaches at 5 min. by scooters and 10/15 min. to Rhodos. We could reach both north and souht of the island very easily as well as the inner island (i.e. butterfly valley) and in a week we managed to see a lot. I recommend the house which is in a quiet area, has a beutiful garden and a very kind owner. I will definetly book the same property next time!
