Just like in previous years, everything worked perfectly and without a hitch. It was so good that we left a tip in the apartment.

We have just arrived home from a fantastic stay at this Villa with my 3 young kids, partner, mum and gran. On arrival our key was available in a lock box and on entering the place was very clean and tidy. All bedding and towels were provided and some cleaning bits and bobs to help keep the place clean. Pool area was also very clean and sun loungers were in good condition. Villa is situated in pernera and is very close to amenities. There is 2 supermarkets literally at the entrance to the complex and have pubs and restaurants literally a 5 minute walk away. Communication from Becky the owner was 10/10 always got a prompt reply with any questions couldn’t fault anything at all. Definitely will Be returning as we all had a fantastic time And didn’t want to come home. Thanks for a great stay xx

Loved the property beutafull. Quite area but walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. Chose the wrong transfer company so had problems with them . Was no problem for Sarah did all she could to help us thankyou. Would love to book again 5 star.

We spent there 11 nights with 2 kids. The accomodarion is good, with the exception of the double bed (the frame was broken). Twice there were noisy nights, but it is acceptable because of the location (Ayia Napa).

The property and area was great from start to finish , communication with luxury lets Cyprus was also terrific, there were mew sun loungers at the pool which was a bonus , the property was within walking distance to all amenities, couldn’t fault anything about our stay , would recommend palm view to others

This was our third time staying at Nissi Golden Sands, and although we have stayed in a different villa each time, this experience was truly something special. We already loved coming back here, but this time everything was simply more than perfect. The villa was beautiful, comfortable, extremely well maintained and had everything we could possibly need. From the moment we arrived, we immediately felt at home. The location is wonderful, the atmosphere is peaceful, and it was the perfect place for us to enjoy our holiday and create beautiful memories together as a family. A very special thank you goes to Shaun, the owner. He is without doubt one of the best hosts we have ever had. He is incredibly kind, professional and responsive. No matter what we asked or needed, he replied immediately and always made sure everything was taken care of. That level of attention and care makes such a huge difference and made our stay even more enjoyable. After three stays at Nissi Golden Sands, we can confidently say that this one was our absolute favourite. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you, Shaun, for making our holiday so special and for making us feel so welcome. ❤️ We left with wonderful memories and one certainty: we will definitely come back again. Very relaxing time at this property. Plenty of space both indoor and outdoor. A home from home with all mod cons providing extra comfort. Air con in all rooms. Prompt replies from owner when needed. Would definitely come again!!
