Overall, the villa is good and convenient, has a nice garden with terrace and swimming pool. Location is excellent. Easy going in/out with the keybox. Unfortunately, there are 2 problems: the kitchen and the (lack of) cleaning. The kitchen is outdated, lacks of basic tools. We terribly missed a dishwasher. We found some short circuited sockets, be careful! The overall cleanliness of the building is inadequate. It seems like some parts of the villa hasn't been cleaned for years (a short mopping up is not cleaning). On the top of that, the terrace is full of excrement of birds and it is sticked/burned to it. Never seen anything like that before. With a bit care and a minor investment in the kitchen it would be a perfect apartment!

Great, quiet location. Cons: there are mistakes in directions, it was difficult to find apartment in the night time. Certainly, I'll help you correct the information for future reference: .... you will pass a EKO petrol station after approx 700 m (NOT 250) - Nissi Golden Sands is on your left, you will see flood lights from the football pitch (NO in the nigh time). Apartment 9 is in block A2 and is on the second (NOT first) floor....

Great from start to finish! Nice house, nice location and very smooth communication with the hosts.

The house was clean on arrival and the self check in worked perfectly. We had an issue with the safe and a broken socket in the kitchen which was quickly rectified by the owner the next day. The location is good, it’s a quiet complex which is within walking distance of beautiful Nissi beach. There are good restaurants and a couple of supermarkets nearby and also places to hire bikes or buggies to get around. It is about a 30 minute walk into Ayia Napa where there are many restaurants/bars/clubs, taxis are easy to find and the bus runs regularly and is cheap. We hired bikes and cycled to the water park which is just over a mile from the house. The house itself would benefit from some refreshment of the decor, it is shabby in places and the bathroom has mildew on the shower screen and around the bath. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of crockery and utensils. A coffee maker would be a welcome addition. The outdoor space and pool is good with comfortable sun loungers, there are some broken tiles and sadly the BBQ was unusable due to it being unclean and in a poor state of repair. Overall we had a very enjoyable holiday.

It was not a luxury property as advertised. The grouting in the bathroom needed doing. The mattress was yellow and old and unclean. Place needed updating. Bed blanket was old and shabby. Basic kitchen equipment

We had a lovely stay. Great location, clean and large apartment, fully equipped and nice terrace to enjoy breakfast and sunsets.

Family holiday

Nissi Golden Sands offers exactly what yu need for an adhoc vacation, close to the beach. I've been using the accommodations from Nissi Golden Sands since 2009 and I was constantly satisfied with the value for money; however, it is obvious that the time passed over this complex of apartments. For this particular apartament it was a struggle for us that the bedroom had 2 twin beds (we are family with a toddler and we usually sleep together).
