We had a lovely stay at nissi 3 apartment c13. Perfect balcony and room was clean and tidy. A little bit of constructive feedback….kitchen unit doors could do with upgrading, some did not close properly. A full length mirror would have been ideal although I did use the patio doors outside as an alternative. The bearings on the washing machine have gone which we found out when we put the washer on. Apart from that we had a perfect holiday

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is a good size, decorated and presented well with an amazing south facing terrace with views towards the sea at Nissi beach. The location was perfect for us, Nissi beach is a short walk away with Landa beach about a 20 minute walk… this was our favourite with its chilled out vibe and gorgeous beach side restaurant. Luxury Lets were amazing host, so helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be back & highly recommend this apartment or booking through Luxury Lets. ☀️☀️☀️

We’ve had the best time in Ayia Napa celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday!! Luxury Lets are wonderful hosts, very friendly and responsive to all our needs, we very much appreciated our late checkout. The apartment itself is amazing, a great size with a big south facing terrace. The interior is modern with everything you need for a self catering holiday. The location is also spot on with Nissi Beach a short stroll away and Nissi Avenue at the bottom of the road!! We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! Like each year it was great time at Nissi Golden Sands. We hope in next year come again. One think missing was a small vacuum cleaner, please think about this:) Best regards Karolina

Property was a little run down in some areas such as the lock not working on bathroom door and difficult to shut, cooker making horrific noises, outdoor beds very stained. Air conditioning leaking water over the floor. Had problem with ants but this was dealt with immediately by the agents. We were never informed that the pool was being cleaned and men just turned up in the garden without warning! Apart from this property was beautiful and clean and agents were helpful with late checkout.

Communication was easy. The location is pretty good, close to Nissi beach. The apartment is nice and clean but probably needs little bit renovation as some parts are bit rundown for example the sunbeds. All in all, nice experience and our kids (4) really loved it. Beds were rather hard, and this was bit of problem until back got used to it... :)

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The villa was exactly as it looks in the pictures-the location was perfect, an easy walk to & from the beach etc. We got some great local recommendations from Shaun for eating out etc. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks to Shaun for all his help, couldn’t fault anything. An easy 10/10
