We’ve rented this place for two years in a row now and really love it. It features spacious apartments with a large terrace overlooking the pool and offering a view of the sea. It is situated in a quiet courtyard away from the noise of the main road, within a well-maintained complex that includes a private parking space. The apartment is fully equipped for a long-term stay; there are even power outlet adapters, which was very convenient. The location is great—just 10 minutes from beautiful, cozy coves and the promenade that runs along the entire length of Protaras. There is a bus stop nearby , and buses run frequently. Regarding drawbacks and suggestions: the mattress on the large bed was quite uncomfortable—the springs could be felt, and it felt very flimsy. We hope this can be fixed. In the bathrooms, there was hot water and good water pressure, but the pressure dropped significantly when switching to the shower; hopefully, this can be addressed as well. For a family or a group of four, a larger refrigerator would be preferable. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. The Wi-Fi worked well. The hosts were responsive, always available, and quick to answer questions. We hope to return here in the future—to our beloved Protaras! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I had a great stay at this apartment. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location was convenient, and the apartment felt welcoming and cozy.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The villa had everything we needed, we even had a resident cat who visited us every day. We will definitely return😀

This is our second time staying on this complex although first time in this property. The location is great and communication with the owner excellent. The property is clean and although the outside furniture is a little tired, it is functional. There is lots of outside space and shade from the sun and the pool is lovely. A/C is great and plenty hot water and decent water pressure. Lots of towels and bedding too. Could maybe use some drawers in the main bedroom to help with storage but there is plenty wardrobe space and hangers with the additional wardrobe at the top of the stairs. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this villa and would come back.

We have recently returned home after our third stay in this apartment and have already booked for next year! The location is perfect for Nissi beach and there are other stunning beaches within walking distance. The pool area is fab and kept very clean. There are several excellent restaurants and shops very close by and a great bus service into the centre of Ayia Napa. There is everything you need in the apartment including Wi-Fi. There is a very large sun terrace with sea views. Communication with the hosts is easy and they are very responsive if you have any enquiries or issues. We can highly recommend this apartment for a wonderful stay.
