Hi . This is me ,Tony Wilson, married ( for a long time ! ) , one son aged 42 and live to the east of Manchester between Glossop and Ashton under Lyne. We have 3 grandkids , two girls and a boy , the eldest at 13. My working days are finished but keep myself busy with regular household stuff, you know, gardening , painting , cooking etc. Our son and grandson race off road motorcycles so that keeps the weekends and a day or two in the garage occupied.
First visited Cyprus in 1990 , Limassol, and while there had a day trip to Paphos which we liked and enjoyed and that culminated in buying our Faros beach property ( ref 22389 ) in 1995. Used that ourselves for 10 years and then bought our Kings Palace apartment ( ref 25443 ) off plan with completion due in 2007. Besides still making use of both properties ourselves we now rent them out for holiday lets. My ' holidays ' are mainly spent painting and decorating !.
Just kidding really.... start early and do up to ( maybe) lunchtime then down tools and go and enjoy the Paphos climate and culture.
We have travelled quite extensively in Cyprus over the years but must say the Troodos mountains always amaze me.
The weather , people, beaches and history all make Cyprus a great place for a holiday.
I strive to make guests holidays as pleasant and stress free as possible and will always respond quickly to any questions that they might have.
Paphos airport transfers are included as is a meet and greet service when the keys are handed over. Included also is wifi , full aircon and a welcome pack.

Very relaxing holiday, pool close to the apartment and sunbeds always available. Lidl supermarket and bus stops within 100 metres. Terrace very private and well equipped. Complex very clean and tidy and quiet considering the number of apartments. It was our first stay at the apartment and all being well an area we would like to re-visit. The airport transfers and welcome pack surpassed our expectations.

Ticks in every box. Booking process was easy the package includes pick up at the airport and a welcome package at the villa which was much appreciated. Villa is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Easy access to coast footpath and into Paphos town for restaurants and shopping. Great base for travel within the area using local buses. Many thanks to Tony and Jaquie for a lovely week.

First class apartment two bedrooms and both a good size.excellent bathroom with walk in shower.
Lounge and kitchen ideal,not that we cooked much. Good restaurants on the doorstep and a Lidll two minute walk away.Nice swimming pools a bit cold at this time of year.
Would recommend.

We stayed in Tony’s wonderful apartment for a month and it was perfect for us. We have been visiting Paphos for more than 40 years, but this was the first time in this apartment and the experience far surpassed any previous stay. Tony was so welcoming and accommodating and the location was private and quiet yet convenient for shops and amenities. I can’t recommend enough.

Just returned from a 10 night holiday at Tony's apartment. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this apartment. Dealing with Tony has been brilliant and he was always very quick to respond to any communications.
The apartment itself was just ideal for what we wanted. Spacious, clean, well equipped kitchen and private. Just a short stroll away from a brilliant sized pool, which was never that busy. There are two loungers out by the poolside and also a few at the apartment.
The location was ideal as it has a Lidl at the bottom of the road, which was so handy. The beach is just a short walk away too, with a lovely coastal pathway.
There are a few good restaurants close by, without having to venture further down towards Paphos harbour area. Didn't use any taxi's so not sure of cost, but we did use the local buses to get down to the harbour a couple of times for €6 (day ticket).
Loved the fact that the transfers to and from the airport were part of the package and we didn't need to arrange anything. Jacquie, who met us at the apartment was lovely, explained things to us on arrival and was just a call away if we needed anything. The welcome hamper was a brilliant touch too, as shops were closed by the time we arrived and it allowed us to have a drink and breakfast in the morning.
In all, we had a great holiday at the apartment and wouldn't hesitate to return. Thanks once again to Tony.

I stayed here at the end of April. I was really happy with the facilities. I brought a lot of stuff of my own that I didn’t actually need, They supplied us with a hairdryer and straighteners. The welcome pack was also more than we expected, included bread, milk, butter etc. I was also really happy with the pool area even though the pool was pretty cold but not surprising as it was April. Pool area was really clean and life guard on duty at all times. All the facilities in the apartment worked perfectly and the only thing that was difficult to get used was the hot water meter but once we got settled and remembered to turn it on in advance it was fine. The placement of the apartments is also perfect especially when using the bolt app we were not far from anything. Having the lidl a 2 minute walk away was also really helpful. Really happy with everything and would definitely stay here again! Thank you to Tony for making this experience really something sailing with the booking and checking everything was perfect for us!

Cannot recommend this Villa high enough. It is within such an easy walk to Paphos town centre, either walk along the main road, or if you want to explore the coastal path then the walk is just as easy. Collection from the Airport and back was without any dramas and very well organised. Within 5 mins either direction you are within easy reach of a bar, restaurant or supermarkets. Bus services are also within easy walking distance with a main bus station no more than 5 mins walk away. Plenty of Car Hire and excursions places from which to plan a trip further afield and prices are very reasonable indeed Would recommend the villa to anyone.

We stayed for two weeks and found the property to be exactly as described.It was very clean and comfortable and well equipped.The location was excellent with lovely open outlook and direct access to the coastal path and beach .Shops and restaurants all nearby,we were spoilt for choice.Would definitely book again.
