Stayed for 4 weeks again at Paradise Villa and it was just as good as last year. With 3 comfortable bedrooms we had both friends and family stay for periods between them over the 4 weeks and we were all delighted to be back. The kitchen is well equipped so self catering when required is easy, and having a bathroom on each floor is great. Aircon not required in March so cannot comment on effectiveness. On good days having a comfortable sunbed beside the pool is the epitome of a great holiday. We have booked to return in 2026.

Location to airport and harbour is great. Pool and pool area and how close villa is to the pool is perfect. Walking distance of reasonably priced restaurant, take away and shops for supplies. Everything you could need is supplied in the villa. We will definitely book again.

we had a very hot ( air con was brilliant ! ) and amazing week in Paradise Villa, it was so clean, no bugs. The pool so close was well looked after, very clean as well. We spent many happy hours in there, there were supermarkets 2 minutes walk and Pambis Diner which did very good meals. We did walk to harbour once, but due to heat and heart condition, we took taxis after, these were very reasonable price. The villa contains everything you need and more and I would thoroughly recommend it, we were a family of six. Would definitely return.

Communication with host was great! Having a pool right a few steps away was fun. Residences are of a older crowd, so its very quite most of the time. Place was tidy. Flagged a few issues with the host and she was quick to come back with solution. Beds are on the firm side. Toilet paper can't be flushed down the toilet, like most of cyprus, so be mentally prepared for that. Definitely recommend renting a car if staying here. There's not much around. A well stocked convenience store close by was great to stock up the kitchen and any supplies needed. There was 1 restaurant and a gyros shop right outside as well. Although you'd be paying tourist prices at the restaurant. But this place is definitely value for money! Would recommend!

Family holiday with teenagers. Plenty of space in the villa with a lovely pool. Great communication with owner. Would highly recommend.

Having just spent 4 weeks in Paradise Villa I can confirm that it is great house to rent when visiting Paphos. The house is comfortable and well equipped with everything you would need and also comfortable sunbeds/mattresses for next to the poolside too. We self catered for more than half our trip and I was impressed with the decent selection of crockery, utensils, pots and pans etc. I loved that there was 2 shops for provisions (one even with a small butcher’s counter), a gyros takeaway and Pambis restaurant a couple of minutes walk away. This made us reconsider the need to hire a car during any future trips. Paula was a very good communicator and answered any queries quickly, making the booking process easy. I can thoroughly recommend this Villa, and have already booked to return next year.

We had a wonderful holiday here in August, the villa location was great being so close to the lovely pool. There is a farm shop and restaurant close by and the seafront and harbour a 15 minute walk away. Paula was very helpful and provided lots of information. We would like to stay here again when we next visit Paphos.

This Villa is a welcoming home from home. The owners have ensured that anything you might need during your stay is to hand. The Villa location within the complex is second to none, walk out to a welcoming patio area directly overlooking the pool. This was especially great for my elderly mother who could enjoy watching us in the pool, yet have the comfort of the shaded area while doing so. The owners were more than helpful with any questions we had before, during and after the stay and were very accommodating when we needed to change our dates due Covid restrictions in place at that time. The property is within easy reach of restaurants, bars and shops and a pleasant stroll to Paphos Harbour only being approximately 15 minutes walk, on lazier days there is a little restaurant less than 5 minutes walk from the Villa that offers great food and warm friendly service. There is also a small convenience store and also a pharmacy again within the immediate vicinity. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Great property, great owners and great location :) will be back again in 2022!!!!

Stayed 2 weeks in August. Exceeded expectations. Proximity to pool, to good restaurant, farm shop - all first class. Can't fault the whole experience - from initial deposit to final dealings. Paula communicates professionally - every aspect very well thought through. No suprises - except pleasant ones! Go for it - you will not regret it.
