We had a wonderful time in Villa Rosa. The villa was lovely. The transfer was very straightforward and fairly priced. The pool was really lovely, a good size and maintained daily. There are plenty of sunbeds and beautiful seating areas round the pool. The villa was clean and spacious with everything we needed. We really enjoyed Dalyan. Full of atmosphere. We were able to walk everywhere and the people were all friendly. We made the most of the supermarkets and ate out a fair amount and the meals were very reasonably priced. We were given lots of information about the local area and possible trips and the communication with Derek was very good. I would not hesitate to recommend Villa Rosa to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Dalyan.

Villa Rosa was a lovely place had everything we needed. The pool was lovely and the air con a godsend. The short walk to the local restaurants was flat and a good choice with great food and friendly staff. The local shop was enough for a few bits when needed with a bigger supermarket only a further short walk away. The walk into town was also easy and flat with good shops and more bars and restaurants. All in all a very enjoyable 8 nights spent at Villa Rosa and would definitely visit Dalyan again. Thank you.

Our family of 4 had a fabulous time at Villa Rosa. The villa was homely and had everything we needed for our stay. It's the best accommodation we have stayed at in Dalyan and we will definitely be back.

This villa had everything we needed for our family holiday and more besides. It was well equipped and the provision of beach towels was a bonus. The pool was fantastic, well kept and the shallow pool just perfect for a non swimming toddler. The villa is in a great location, a level walk to all amenities and restaurants. We had a great holiday in this villa and would recommend it.

Fantastic villa in a wonderful location - could not have been better. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Lovely pool and garden with everything you could need. Lovely to have all en suite facilities. Easily arranged transfers to and from the villa made the journey so much easier. I would highly recommend this villa and would very happily return for another stay.

The villa was absolutely amazing. Only a short walk from town centre. Plenty of amenities. Will definitely be returning again in the future.

We stayed in the Villa for 2 weeks and loved every minute of it. We were 6 adults and 2 children (age 2 and 4 years old). This area is perfect, quiet, clean and beautiful. The pool is awesome. The Villa is fantastic. Enough space for group of people to sleep in but a large group of adults might find the living room a bit small, it didn´t bother us though. Having stayed in that area before, we would definitely recommend this villa, and for a group of 6 to 10 people this is excellent. We would also like to thank the owner and housekeeper who did everything to make our stay at the villa a pleasant one. Were already starting to plan our next visit to Casa Guapi :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definately go again. It was clean and fully equipped. The pool was only 25 yards away and it was a beautiful pool with a waterfall and palm trees and it was never busy. It was open from 9am until 10pm. There was a large supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Great family holiday!!

The villa was lovely and was just what we was expecting as the pictures are very accurate. Everything you could want was provided. We also had a 3 year old who absolutely loved the pool, because there is a separate shallow part for them to play in. Great location, only about a 10min walk into town. I would defiantly recommend this villa to friends and others

Propert really good only one thing the whole party thought was that the pool had no real shallow end ( only a paddling area ) which could be hazardous for children mis-judging the depth between them ( non-swimmers too ) We all ahd a great week - thanks Regards Jenny
