We had a fabulous ten nights in Gary’s villa. We were a party of two families of 4 and we had more than enough space in the villa and outside in and around the pool. The villa is in a great location, lovely and quiet but only a short stroll from everything you need - shops, bars, restaurants. It was our third year staying in the area and we will definitely be back again next year!

Just returned from a lovely 2 week stay. The villa was lovely, furnished well with everything we needed The pool was a lovely size and temperature and the pool guy came each morning about 7-730. It is located across from Green Valley apartments, just down from the big mosque, so not a bad walk into hisaronu at all really and nice and quiet at night. The owner was on hand if we needed anything at all, he checked we'd arrived OK and we're happy on day 1. We contacted him partly through our stay regarding a loose door know, he quickly responded and got someone out to fix. I will be using again when we next have a family holiday.

Excellent location with nice short walk into town as we wanted. We had no issues & owner was very helpful with arranging transfer.

The property is much better than it looks in the pictures. Very comfy stay, very spacious and pool cleaned everyday. Owner was very polite and helpful. Will definitely return, thank you.

Excellent accomodation, villa is set out over 2 levels which is great for 2 families,age range from 6 to 50. The location was perfect for us with restaurants and bars 10 mins away, and the Green Valley Hotel is just accross the road, fantastic staff nothing too much trouble. I would recommend the turkish night, great fun. Overall 5 out of 5 stars August 2012.

Could not have asked for more - wonderful villa, had everything you need - 4 adults & 4 kids - plenty of room - loads of ho water & no need to put the l0oo roll in the bn - an added bonus! Bar over the road Green Valley - excellent food - fun place - no noise from there at night - fabulous! Will be returning in 2012! Also, supermarket delivery was fab - saves lugging water, beer etc & prices just as good as the big supermarket. ali the taxi driver - call him & hes there in 5 mins!!

We loved this property so much, we didnt want to leave it. The villa totally exceeded our expectations, very clean and well presented. It is also well equipped with every tool/utensil provided, right down to hairdryers, ice cube trays etc. With four adults and four young children there was no feeling of the overcrowding we anticipated. The surrounding area and its facilities were fabulous. Though not as secluded as wed expected. The scenery and panoramic views from the villa we never grew tired of. We found the information pack in the villa very helpful and referred to it often. The barbecue had some bad press in previous reviews but we found it just needed a wipe down. We have already recommended this villa to our friends and if all goes to plan we are considering re-booking for next year.

What a superb holiday we had, villa suited our family party perfrectly, very clean and well maintained. Garden and pool were attended and cleaned daily. Resort and Turkish people are v.friendly Location of villa good with small family run hotel opposite offering free use of both large swimming pool, table football and pool table. We visited during World cup so often popped across to watch matches on Tvs by the pool, Weather during our stay was lovely and warm but villa also allowed our young children to play under shaded balacony.

Well situated for the dolmus, restaurants & the town. A very clean (apart from the barbecue) extremely well equiped villa. Although another safe would have been helpful. The shopping list for the delivery service was very useful. A couple of little niggles. with only 1 set of keys it was a bit difficult for some of the party to go out separately. Also we couldnt get any of the interior doors to lock. The barbecue had not been cleaned & we felt, was unusable. Our bus transfer from the airport, was excellent & the driver even suggested stopping at a supermarket on the way from the airport to purchase essentials, mik, water etc. even at 1.00 in the morning.

This villa makes everything so easy. It is opposite a small friendly family run hotel which provides good food and drink and a warm welcome. There is a delivery service for all groceries etc so no lugging heavy items from the shops. There is a courtesy bus to the Blue Lagoon and easy access to the Dolmus service for Fethiye. Many of the restaurants and trip organisers will pick you up and bring you back to the villa free of charge! It is a short mainly flat walk into Hisaronu which has a weekly market and loads of shops restaurants bars and clubs. The villa is of a good standard and fully air conditioned. It also has a terrace which is protected from the sun and usually has a breeze to help cool you. The pool is small but great for cooling off in and there are ample sunbeds etc. The locals are friendly, the views are great and the sunset from the pool or terrace is wondrful to sit and watch. Cant wait to go back.
