The villa had changed significantly since they have taken pictures on the website. The kitchen has totally changed and so has decor. The villa is not in walking distance of the town at all. Unless you are super fit and able to walk up and down steep hills and manage to walk in the total darkness. I booked this villa thinking we could walk into the centre on night times, but it is impossible especially with children. It's just to far and too unsafe. So we did not leave at night time. The villa is huge and could accommodate more. It states it sleeps 6 but offers sofa beds in the living room. When i asked if i could add an extra person i was ignored. It seems once they have full payment no longer want to communicate with me. The price was average for villa's i guess and it did have everything we needed. Home from home apart from one towel only each and one hand towel each. Good job i brought towels for the out doors, as we would not have coped. Would have been nice to have at least 2 towels One in wash and one for use. The safety deposit box is completely inaccessible, could not access it at all. However the villa was clean, brilliant car port if you hire a car, comfortable and massive so plenty of living room. The view is amazing every night sitting from the balconies. Or pool side. The pool is great and well maintained. Not sure how they keep it clean with all the greenery and tree around it constant full of leaves and flowers falling off into the pool and floors. Having said all that it is a lovely villa and well looked after. We loved our stay in bodrum and would def recommend. The things i have mentioned is only because we travel and lot and like to be helpful for other travellers to be prepared. Great assets to the villa area, dinner on the balcony looking over Bodrum, the pool is fab, lots of space, and air con in most rooms. Thank you

The only reason that I would not recommend (at present) is that due to lack of aircon in the bedrooms you need the doors & windows open at night. Unfortunately you are then deafened by the Night Club. This lets the villa down. Aside from that we had a great stay.

The owner could not have been more helpful, the villa could not have been more pampering and the location could not have been more breathtaking. An absolutely wonderful venue.

Excellent spacious villa with great views and wonderful sunsets. It could easily accommodate at least 10-12 people given that the large lounge area is rarely used in summer and there are good outdoor area on all four levels. However, it could do with air-con in the two main bedrooms as heat and disco noise were verging on excessive in our end-of-July visit. A car is also essential in hot weather as the price for the views is a very steep walk (and taxis get lost). Bodrum in summer is hot and full-on - suggest you food-shop early morning and cook / barbeque at home if you really want to relax!

"Peace, tranquility and loads of rustic charm." We loved Maison Kernal it was full of rustic french charm, comfortable and so peaceful and quiet, yet had all essential mod cons. Ideal central Brittany location enabled access to both north and south Brittany coasts. Local village, a short drive (or nice cycle), had all necessary amenities and hypermarche an easy drive away. Excellent communication from owners and friendly and helpful local agent.

Undoubtably the best of all that Bodrum offers - close proximity to the town and yet away from the noise. Wonderful holiday home.
