Beautiful villa with everything you could want in a fantastic area. The outlook over the lake was amazing, we even spotted a resident alligator who our granddaughter named Albert! The south facing pool was brilliant with the sun all day and we used it every day. It was easy to get out and about, especially if you use the back roads which miss out the numerous traffic lights on the 27. Within minutes drive of fast food outlets, gas stations, supermarkets and restaurants. Even the Disney areas are easy to get to if you use the back roads and approach it from Western Way, which again cuts out the many traffic lights on the 192. Will definitely use again if available

This was a lovely villa, fully equipped with everything we needed as a family, all clean in a nice quiet location. We had to change dates the day before we flew out to Florida due to my daughter breaking her ankle and the owners were very understanding and simply offered us different dates with no extra admin fees which wad lovely. We will definately be returning.

We had a lovely stay, neighbours were very friendly. The villa was home from home in a perfect location. Perhaps a safe in the villa to put passports and valuables in would have been an advantage. Overall a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and we would recommend this villa to family and friends

We had a great time at this villa, it was exactly as described and had everything we needed. When we arrived it was very well presented, clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely and the outside patio area was comfortable and clean. The outlook onto the lake was beautiful and we saw lots of birds etc. the neighbours are welcoming and friendly and gave us some great tips on where to eat etc. The only slight issue we had was getting the cable tv to work, it would sometimes connect and sometimes not, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Fantastic villa and easy to access from the US27. We can highly recommend the villa and staying in Glenbrook. Lovely friendly neighbours who came and said if we needed anything, just to give them a shout. Very relaxing and quiet are with lovely outlook from the pool over water. Will have no hesitation to book again in the future as it’s the type of villa we could easily call our home from home.

The owners are very accommodating, we enjoyed the villa, it is very well equipped, clean and nicely furnished, the air conditioning was great, good size pool, the villa is a bit out the way for universal and international drive but worth it for the price, it’s a first for me staying this far out, our only issue was the double bedroom didn’t have a large or full size mirror and there was no sun in the pool area after 5 but there was a grass area out-with the pool area that I could catch the evening sun otherwise we had a great stay

The villa is fantastic. The pictures really don’t do it justice. It’s quite a large villa with good sized rooms and every room has a walk in wardrobe. Decent bedding and plenty of changes if required. You have everything you need in the kitchen so you won’t need to buy any utensils etc. The living room is of good size and TV had Netflix included. We stay in this area a lot and it doesn’t disappoint. Close to shops, fast food places and the local Walmart less than 5 minutes away. The only thing that could be better was the outside area. The furniture is is need of an upgrade and for a villa that sleeps 8 there was only 3 old loungers to lie on and 4 chairs outside. We had an issue with the pool while there but the management company was great in fixing it quickly. A really great villa that would I recommend and return to.

Absolutely amazing villa and owners! Perfect location for all that Orlando has to offer, everything you need inside and outside the villa - comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and stunning pool with lake views. Due to covid, we asked Richard the owner several times if we could amend our booking dates and every single time the answer was “yes not a problem”! Lovely guy! Will always opt for this villa if available whenever we return to Florida!

Excellent villa, clean, good location, great pool and spa, close to main route but far enough away to not be affected by the noise.
