The accommadation was clean with excellant cooking facilities. The complex was also very clean and private with stunning views. It was lovely to wake up just to the sound of birds. This is a very quiet undisturbed part of Sicily, but with easy access to major roads and only 10 minutes from the supermarket in Ribera. It is also only a short distance to the amphitheatre and the temples of Agrigento. The nearest beach is only 5 minutes away. A car is essential. I have fallen in love with Sicily and would definately return to this complex.

stayed here 09/09. perfect place to get away from it all.maybe too isolated for some,very peaceful quiet location.great view of the sea,beach nearby car is essential.nice grounds and swimming pool.rooms are very clean and kitchen well equiped.washing machine on site very useful,owner was very helpful.overall good value for money.

Lovely well equipped villa in a quiet area of Peiya. The pool is clean & cool on a south facing terrace. The sea breeze means you will probably only need air conditioning in the bedroom at night. Supermarkets, restaurants & bakeries are all within easy reach of the villa. The only downside is that a number of adjacent villas are still to be completed which meant we were the only residents in the small complex for part of the time. If you were happy to use the facilities close to the villa you could stay here without a car but better value for money can be found by using the supermarkets, bars, restaurants & bakeries used by the locals in Peiya & Kathikas village. Dont bother with the strip at Coral Bay if you want value for money or real Cyprus. We would recommend this villa & area to friends.

We thought we had rented a Villa.This property is a first floor appartment,with the owners family living underneath,as such,we thought it was expensive.The pool was fabulous and basically saved the property from being a disaster.The other disappointment was that the village was closed,so we could not walk to the restaurant or shop because there were not any,so we had to drive everywhere,be aware of this if you are not going in season.The countryside is beautiful and rural and unspoilt,the cost of living,in our terms,is nil. Having said all this,Vincenzo and his family are quite charming and could not have been more helpful,and we did enjoy ourselves,although not quite up to expectations.

WE STAYED 3 WEEKS DURING THE WETTEST WINTER FOR MANY YEARS. EVEN SO THE ACCOMODATION HELPED US HAVE A VERY GOOD TIME. EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND VERY WELL PRESENTED AND THE UNDERGROUND PARKING A REAL BOON. ALL THE APPLIANCES WORKED PERFECTLY AND WE ENJOYED AS MUCH COMFORT AS WE WOULD AT HOME. THE APARTMENT IS ALSO VERY CONVENIENT FOR EVERYTHING WE WANTED TO DO. FROM OUR PERSPECTIVE IT WS A VERY GOOD CHOICE.

I found our appartment to be very comfortable, clean and well equiped. The location was ideal for a family with places to eat, supermarkets and transport links to hand. The garden area with pool was also well maintained and a perfect place to relax.

This is a superb apartment with a very modern feel about it. Located in an excellent position with just a minutes walk to fantastic bars and restaurants. You really cannot beat the location or the quality of this apartment. The pool and surrounding grounds are really beautiful. You would be hard put to find such a lovely apartment with a fantastic location. I would highly recommend this to families, sngles or just about anyone really. I will be visiting again in the near future. No need for car rental if you dont want to!

We were not expecting to rent an apartment where the owners stayed downstairs and having to see them everyday. We thought we were renting a villa. Anyway, the father and the son were very nice and helpful but the mother and daughter didn't seem like they wanted to have guests, even though we were paying a lot of money to be there. The bed sheets and pillows were so old that we could barely sleep at night. We never saw any of the bedspreds that you see on the pictures. When we came in, the beds only had bedsheets on. The pool was great with a beautiful view. The grounds were well kept by the father. We were also surprised by the fact that the owner had three house in construction on the property which was not a beautiful sight and quite scary since we have young children.
