We stayed almost 3 weeks at Villa Teshir. From initial booking, Ray and Gill went way above and beyond, to accommodate us and ensure that we had the best holiday ever. All of the reviews we have seen have been very accurate. It’s a wonderful Villa, very private, yet a 5-10min walk from the centre of Kalkan. Roger, (the guy that looked after everything to do with our holiday while we stayed at Villa Teshir) was fantastic!! He was just a text away, whatever you need! We would go back in a heartbeat! Even if it was just for the sunset, sat in the upstairs open-air snug area! Thanks for everything, Rob, Jenni and Bella

Loved our stay here at Villa Teshir. Beautiful views of Kalkan bay which do not disappoint. We loved the pool area, great pool great area for sunbathing and then has it’s cooler areas which are needed. Ray the owner with the help of Roger have been brilliant. When and if you message the response is quick. Nice welcome pack and we did ask for a few more times which was not a problem, you pay for the extras when you meet Roger. It’s clean it’s kept cool with the A/C, overall a lovely villa, definitely one we would rent again!

Villa Teshir did not disappoint. Probably one of the best located villas in the whole of Kalkan; awesome, uninterrupted views over the bay and mountains and only a 10 minute stroll into the centre of the town, although a taxi is strongly recommended for the return journey. The terrace and pool was cleaned daily, very discretely before we got up and the interior is modern and clean, with aircon - a necessity. Ray, the owner, was very helpful before the trip and Roger, the onsite manager, was on hand to make sure the stay went smoothly. Kalkan is a gem on the Mediterranean. The town is full of superb restaurants and bars, and has a more mature, family feel. There is some very good shopping and a number of beach clubs if you want to spend the day by the sea. However, most noticible, was the genuine welcoming friendliness of the locals, I have never met nicer people. A great villa in a fantastic town.

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Teshir in Kalkan. A wonderfully located villa within walking distance of the town but situated high up on the hills with gorgeous views. The pool was a good size and the air con inside was a godsend! It was sad to say goodbye.

Four of us enjoyed a two week stay here in June 2015. Perfect villa for two couples with two en suite bedrooms. Villa is spacious particularly outside with lots of areas both in sunshine and shade. Booking was easy and owners were very helpful with questions prior to the holiday and transfers were organised to and from the airport. Local manager on hand if problems occur. Villa in great location, very quiet during the day and only an eight minute walk into the bustling and lively town of Kalkan.

The villa was awesome, even better than what the pictures show. We absolutely recommend it.

4 of us stayed here for the second 2 weeks of June and we had a fantastic time. We had been to Kalkan before and so we knew how wonderful a place it is. It was our first trip staying at Villa Teshir however, and hopefully will not be our last. The villa is perfect for 2 couples with lots of internal space (which we didnt really use - apart from the bedrooms because the weather so nice) and just the right balance outside of sun and shaded areas. The views from the terrace are simply beautiful. The pool, which was immaculately clean was a real highlight for us and seemed a lot bigger than other pools we noticed around the resort in similar size villas. Helen was on hand if and when we needed her, she was very helpful and informative if we wanted information about the resort etc. We were also impressed with the communications we received from Ray and Gill before we went and after we returned - all of which was a refreshing change from what you often get (or dont!) from a tour operator. So thank you Ray and Gill, we loved your place and hope to go back there soon.

A really lovely villa with a beautiful view over the Kalkan bay. Far enough out of the town to be peaceful but close enough to walk to within 10 minutes. The villa had absolutely everything that we could have needed and was a really fantastic place to spend our holiday.

The Villa was absolutely outstanding! and the views....well, breathtaking is an understatement! Mountains as a backdro p, the beautiful harbour below, it was an absolute dream! It was like living in the lap of luxury for 2 weeks with air conditioning being an added bonus!! Only 10 minutes walk from the town centre too so everything was just perfect, thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home :)
