The service was perfect, nice house, perfet for 6 to 7 persons. Important to receive clear indications to find the house / viila, more or less imposible to find if you don't arrange a meeting point with the rental company so they can guide you to the villa.

Very nice villa. Excellent service and cleaning. The location is 5-10 minutes from the beach. It is peaceful and quiet. With the free tuk-tuk service it is not long before you can go shopping etc. There is also a restaurant and a small deli 100 meters from the villa. There is also 2 bikes which we used. It is everything the pictures shows and more. Recommended:)

Hi Ton, We just wanted to drop you a note to say a sincere 'thank you' to you and your staff for such a wonderful and warm welcome at Baan Oriental. I think it is fair to say that when booking via the internet, quite often the holiday that you imagine you will have after reading the website and looking at the cleverly taken pictures, is actually quite different from the reality of the actual experience. This actually turned out to be exactly what happened with Baan Oriental, but in absolutely the opposite way than one would expect. The inititial delight at how much the reality of the villa exceeded our expectations became much more as the holiday progressed and we realised just how well the individual elements of the villa actually work together to create a place in which to relax and enjoy the company of friends and family. In addition to the physical attractions of the place, your staff were absolutely excellent and were efficient and helpful throughout. Of special mention must be Chai, who must have been waiting on our every move as he never took more than one 'beep' of the horn and he was there at the door, and also Dream for her relaxed and helpful advice. We have stayed at some excellent places around the world over recent years, but without a doubt, you have produced the most complete package that we have yet found. Apart from guppies in the plant pot by the dining room, and maybe slightly more comfortable furniture in the TV room, there is nothing that you could do better. We will not hesitate to recommend you to friends and colleagues, and hope very much to bring some friends back there early in 2007. Had a good stay, Tif and Ching (staff) helped make our (rainy) stay to be still very nice.

If you are looking for piece and quiet in your own surroundings but only 5 mins away from the restaurants ,bars and beaches in Ao Nang then this is the place for you. I would never stay in a hotel again. What made this villa so special was Kae and her team who are excellent from providing you with fresh ice each day to clean sheets and towels always polite and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The taxi service is fantastic they arrive witihin minutes to take you wherever you wish to go in the area no matter how many times during the day. The pictures and descriptions are exactly how the villa was. We had the in villa chef one evening to cook us a meal and it was fabulous and of course we could not believe the price when we came to pay. I will certainly be recommending this villa to our friends and we will not hesitate to return ourselves.

From the minute we arrived the staff were there to welcome us to the property, show us around and answer any questions we had. Kae was on hand at all times to help with queries and organise anything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was beautiful, clean and well maintained. It was also great to have the use of the 2 mopeds and the driver on hand. A fantastic week and we would DEFINITELY visit again and recommend the villa to friends and family.

House was very good, wonderful well kept pool. Kae and her staff were excellent, every minor problem we had they tried to solve immediately. Kae spoke good english, which is very helpful. Villa phone is a marvelous thing! Kitchen utensils were a bit scarce but ok. Place is very remote, peaceful, a car is absolutely needed.

We were very pleased about our stay and would have no trouble coming back.
