About

As we really value getting to know our guests and ensuring them thoroughly enjoy their holiday in our villa, here is a little about the Dundar family. I am Erdem, my brother Ergun (Captain Ergun), my father Tevfik and my mother Gonul. I am working as a skipper at my sailing yacht moored in Kas Marina. I do daily & overnight all inclusive sailing yacht charters in Kas/ Kekova coves. My brother is also doing daily & overnight gulet yacht charters in Kas harbour. From 1994, my family owned a different villa at the hills of Kas and that was where we started in the hospitality business. However we sold that villa and started from scratch to build Villa Dundar, with breath taking views of the unspoiled town, the crystal clear sea and Taurus Mountains in Big Pebble Beach area. We fell in love with the new position and knew it would be a sound investment. Since its three floor apartment, we live at the first floor and we rent second and top floors individually. As a family we are strong and happy because we work together, all contributing in different ways to smooth running of the business. My mum is retired and she is now fully commited to supporting the family. My father is being able to communicate in English, French and German, is a very warm, sociable and hard-working man. He never hesitates to provide service to others and I guarantee his sense of humour will entertain you. Me and my brother are able to communicate in English and you can ask us anything about Kas, Villa Dundar and boat trips in Kas region. We look forward to meeting you everyone who has chosen to stay at Villa Dundar and our personal approach will add a special spark to your holiday in Kas. You may like to read reviews from previous guests at our villa, their positive comments and enthusiasm will encourage you.

Thanks so much for an amazing stay at Villa Dundar. We spent 5 happy nights at the Villa, and throughly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, freindly owners and amazing views. We also enjoyed meeting the other guests. The beautiful garden offered lots of shade and was a pleasure to relax in. The bed was so comfortable and quiet we all slept really well. The highlight was the amazing terrace.

We stayed as a family of 4 on the top floor of the villa. The room was beautiful, clean and the comfiest beds but the most important thing the views were breathtaking of the the centre, mountains and sunset/sunrise. The villa is very calming and perfect for total relaxation. The pool area is lovely with the beautiful garden. And a lot of seating areas to chill. The family were amazing and so kind and helpful to us on our stay. Inna made us Turkish coffee each morning and was so hospitable. She was great with our 4 year old son. He continues to say that he misses her 😭 Ana was lovely to talk to and answered all of our questions and very helpful. the villa is a £3 taxi ride into kas centre. Or you can walk the distance but a little hard in the heat. We honestly had the best time here and we were so sad to leave, we would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you villa dundar x

Our overnight trip was perfect. We sailed and stopped by the quiet coves to swim. All the itinerary was very well planned by Captain Erdem. We didn't think about anything but our existence and unity with the sea, wind and the white shining boat. All the catering and help was done by captain's assistant Muhammed who served us delicious food. Would definitely do it again. Next time for a longer period to enjoy sailing even more. Comfortable apartment in a friendly but slightly shabby neighbourhood near to Large Pebble Beach. The beach is 5 minutes' walk away and has lots of bars and restaurants. No shop in the neighbourhood, but the baker's van comes every morning at 9am with fresh bread. It's a 20 minute walk into Kaş. In summer there is an hourly dolmuş service, reducing to every two hours from October, so you don't need a car. Large shared garden with barbecue and pool. Highly recommended.

Just returned from a relaxing and chilled out stay at Villa Kas ♥️ Situated low on a hillside in a quiet and Turkish residential area just a 20 minute stroll downhill to Pebble Beach with its authentic Turkish restaurants and cafes (20 TL taxi ride back if you can’t face the uphill climb and a 25 TL taxi ride into Kas town.)Simple but beautifully clean rooms with kitchen facilities (2 hobs, kettle, toaster, fridge, access to washing machine etc.) matching the incredibly clean pool which has a view to die for! Fantastic sunsets every evening and the family who own it and live there are delightful and so helpful and accommodating. They also have a tourism office in Kas where, amongst other things, you can spend a wonderful day out with lunch to the sunken city of Kekova on a magnificent boat or hire one of their sailing yachts. One never knows what to expect when booking accommodation but for my friend and I, both in our 60s, we truly felt we had found a hidden gem. 😎 Thank you to Erdem and Anna Dundar and their wonderful family for extending to us us the very best of Turkish hospitality. 🥰 We will be back! 🛥🏖🥑

A fantastic stay at Villa Dundar. We loved the apartment and its garden, making full use of the balcony. The views are as spectacular as the photos suggest. The beach is a few minutes' walk down the hill and is one of the most beautiful in Kaş. There is an hourly dolmuş service into and out of town, although you can walk in 30 minutes. A taxi home costs only around TL20. You have to share the grounds with other guests and the host's family.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Erdem and Anna were such helpful and welcoming hosts. Views are to die for as are the sunsets. Kitchen is fine though a few things would make it better which we have advised Erdem and Anna - nothing that would overule a decision to stay as overall the apartment is a great place to stay. Beds are SOOO comfortable. Tons of hot water. Do the walk to Limangazi beach on the Lycian Way. Well worth the effort. The end part is down a narrow path on a cliff which you have to hang onto in places so its not for small children. You can get the ferry back to Kas and then walk back to the apartment or walk back along the path as you wish. Do take a trip in Erdems boat. Its not cheap but well worth it. The meal on board is exceptional. Go to Jimmy Joker steakhouse. - wish they would rename it. Dont let the name put you off. Go to Sultans Garden Restaurant on the harbour. Fish is lovely and great value. Swim at the beach on the peninsula - its warmer than Big Pebble Beach. Go to Saklikent Gorge. Wear swimming costume (you will be up to your neck in some places) and don't take a camera if you want to go to the top. We are "older" but still made it though it was a challenge. A snacky meal at the waterside cafes afterwards is incredibly good value. Spend some lazy days by the pool enjoying the beautiful view and taking a dip to cool off. Go to visit some ruins - they are stunning as you can walk around them unrestricted. You can walk to the town but we preferred to take a car halfway as its up and down hill and we felt walking the whole way in the heat or after a meal out would spoil an enjoyable time in town. The weather was amazing. Turkey is currently about 1/3 cheaper than the UK for food and eating out. Overall a lovely holiday.
