Lovely little villa in a nice quiet area. Beds were extremely comfortable. Stayed over christmas period and they had put up a lovely christmas tree which was a very nice surprise. Walmart is literally 5 mins drive away which was convenient. Overall really enjoyed our stay.

This our second stay at this property. We chose it again as we had such a lovely relaxing holiday last time (Oct 2022). We weren’t disappointed with our decision. The location is great, the outlook is lovely and the villa was just as we remembered. If we were to be picky, we’d say that some of the kitchen cookware could do with renewing, but that is literally all! We did have a couple of issues, maintenance wise: part of the pool screening was open when we arrived and needed fixing to stop the bugs, it was replaced the following day (that was on Easter Sunday, so we were impressed with that!). There was also an issue with the pool water circulation/heating, which again was dealt with promptly. The management company were so good, sorting the problems as they arose, so we didn’t feel the need to contact the owner. There’s lots of wildlife to see, it’s such a relaxing place to stay. It made our holiday to see an alligator in the pond/lake - he came by quite regularly - we even watched him going walkabout on the grass a couple of villas down! We hope to return to this villa, yet again, at some point. Thanks again to the owners for providing such a lovely place to stay.

What an amazing villa. We have just returned from an unbelievable holiday at SunChaser. The villa was absolutely perfect for our family of four. It was clean and spacious with everything that you needed for a holiday. Beds were comfortable as was the living area. The outside space is great and the pool fantastic for kids to play. Sun is on the pool from sunrise to almost sunset. The hard part was persuading the kids to leave the villa every day to go to the parks! The location is great and in a very quiet, well kept road located 30 minutes away from most parks. The process of renting the villa was very easy and all information was sent via email and was very easy. It was great having a code access on the front door as did not need to worry about carrying an extra key around. Would 100% return! Thank you SunChaser!

We had a lovely quiet time there,the four weeks was well spent money,I was surprised as I haven't been down Ponciarna ,that far before ,we really enjoyed it,thank you

The property is situated on a quiet, mostly residential area. The villa was clean but is quite dated and it would benefit from an update. The sofas in the living room are really uncomfortable with threadbare cushions, the reclining chair was stained with what looked like suntan oil. The kitchen equipment was very basic and there was nothing we could use to bake things on in the oven. We actually bought a baking tray and left it there. There were several things that were not working, the wall clock, which was the only clock needed a battery, the light in the hallway wasnt working and the waste disposal didnt work. The internet keeps dropping which means no TV or house phone working. The management company were responsive and did come out to replace a cracked toilet seat quickly and in fairness we told them that the other things could wait until we left. With a little bit of an update this would be a great place to stay but it does need a little bit of work.

Villa was lovely. Handy to Disney. Communication with both the owner and the management company very good. Lovely view of the lake from the pool area. Loved the pool table in the garage. Really handy having the washing machine and tumble dryer. Very close to Walmart. !

Ideally placed for Theme Parks and shopping. Facilities were good and the pool was an absolute joy for the grandchildren. Villa could have provided a clothes dryer but that's a very minor point. Would use again.

I just want to say a massive thank you to Steve for letting us stay in his villa, this isn’t the first time we have stayed here and it definitely won’t be the last. We absolutely love it here, so clean, and beautiful. Virgin kept changing our flight times and I messaged Steve and asked if we could stay in the villa for an extra hour or two before we had to check out and he let us which was amazing. I would recommend this villa 100%.

Would highly recommend the villa..fantastic! Its in a lovely quiet residential estate near to shops, restaurants and the theme parks. Beautiful outlook over the lakes, saw lots of wildlife including a gator/croc (don't know the difference - but it beady eyes and big teeth) was amazing to seen it hunting. The owner Steve was very informative and very accommodating. Always replied to messages very promptly.. The villas decor is beautiful and very well kept...loved it. The other half became pool man for the week, cleaning it daily and then the real pool man turned up...he thanked my other half for keeping it clean ..lol.... The garage makes an excellent drying room., would be good if there was a clothes airer that could be put up in there or for use outside by the pool for drying towels etc. I dd all our washing an ironing at the villa and came home with a clean case of clothes with only the our travelling clothes to do 😁 We had a great time and was so nice to come back after long days to such a homely place... Thank you

We have just stayed 2 weeks here a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children ages 14 & 12) end of August. We loved everything about this villa and it was absolutely perfect for us. Already looking to see when we can return. Loved the electronic welcome board and the information it provided especially during the hurricane and the updates it provided. Fantastic communication with management company whilst there to reassure us and let us know what we needed to do regarding the hurricane and when pool alarm was flashing low we sent a message through the electronic board and someone was in touch straight away and came that day to replace battery. Pool area was all lovely and clean and plenty of interesting birds around the lake, sadly we didn’t manage to spot any gators though. The children had really wanted a villa with a games room but in the end we didn’t use it that much as it was so hot in the garage we could manage a quick game of pool early in the mornings before heading out for the day. It didn’t matter as turned out they preferred playing in pool instead anyway. Nothing took us more than 25 minutes to get to even with traffic and that was to Universal. We would do theme parks in morning then come back to villa in afternoons for a cool off in pool then go back to parks early evening, we rented a car and getting around to everywhere was very straight forward. Walmart and loads of places to eat only a few minutes drive away. The only one thing that I would change would be for there to be a pool alarm button on outside also for when coming back into villa from pool area as when early morning or late at night and others were still sleeping there is nothing you can do to stop the alarm going off until you press the button inside and it is very loud. As the holiday went on we got quicker at pressing it but not quick enough to stop the noise going off at all. We would 100% recommend this villa and cannot wait to return again after making amazing family memories here.
